This hotel room is so old – the decor is older than I am! As soon as you open the door, there's an unpleasant smell, so I had to sleep with the window open all night. Motorcycles downstairs kept waking me up several times. The hotel parking lot has height and width restrictions, and car alarms were constantly going off, which felt really oppressive. This Ibis hotel is just full of issues. I'm never staying at an Ibis again.

Location is very good, close to Prague square also work distance to Prague castle, but there is an issue while I sleep in the morning somebody open my door it is quite scary, probably cleaning lady but for this not feel very good. Other service is good.

very satisfied. location is superb! staff are helpful.
just that they don’t provide slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush any more. over all it’s excellent choice as we have breakfast buffet and luggage room where you can leave your bag if you need one upon early check in or check out

We arrived earlier than expected but was great to store our luggage at the hotel. Checked in which was great. Lovely ladies helped and advised. Our room, 2 bed was small but sufficient. Tried to arrange more pillows but failed. Mattresses were sleepable thanks to the lovely beer in the town. Breakfast was the experience of the day! Well IBis! Made up for anything we could not have enjoyed in our stay. Will definitely book here again as we are planning a return journey. We'll done Ibis Praha old Town

Cleanliness: was good. Nothing seemed to be dirty. One thing was a bit off but it was nice overall.
Location: is great as there is a large shopping mall, markets, and tram nearby. And a lot of sightseeing to do closeby too.
Service: very good. I only know a couple czech people but they are super serious and blunt, so I expected that and wasn't disappointed haha. They helped us check in early and even swapped our room for a double.
Amenities: we didn't opt for it, but they have a bae, breakfast, presumably dinner. Only thing lacking would be a fridge in the room.
Extra: we struggled to get the temperature just right haha. Maybe just our problem though
