Exceptional Experience at the New Fairmont Hotel in Prague! From the moment you step into the newly opened Fairmont Hotel, you’re immersed in elegance and world-class service. The rooftop restaurant is absolutely stunning — offering breathtaking views of Prague, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that is both chic and inviting. The design is a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless sophistication. Every detail, from the ambiance to the cuisine, is thoughtfully curated, making this place truly unique. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an experience. Without a doubt, the Fairmont has set a new standard in Prague.

The porter was rude. He repeated 20 times that the hotel is closed even though it is not. He did not know what parts of building are accessible for public, he took as a friend a guy who insulted us by a question if we are Ukrainian even though we are living in Prague for decades and are not Ukrainians (nothing against Ukrainians from our side). The porter not only was not able to speak Czech as well, his English was poor. I am sorry but I will never try to visit this hotel. Incredible experience, simply awful and disgusting.

We had a fantastic afternoon at this renovated hotel and especially enjoyed relaxing in the lobby bar. The atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Our server Roland, explained the concept of the bar and highlighted the artists of the paintings and the lights. he was attentive, friendly, and always ensured our drinks were just right. Highly recommended for both the hotel and the lobby bar
