Mandarin Oriental, Prague

The hotel is in the center of the old town, not far from the main attractions, but the layout is relatively cramped, there is no swimming pool, and the accommodation is divided into three areas. The basic room we booked is in the same building as the SPA. There was a group doing yoga in the morning and it was very noisy. After complaining, we moved to other places for the next two nights. The room is relatively old, with all kinds of supplies and good quality. The highlight of the hotel is the service, which largely makes up for the lack of hardware. The hotel has various concierge services, such as private boat cruises, booking concerts and various tickets. After complaining, they took it very seriously, and also sent fruit plates and champagne, and took the initiative to send cakes on birthdays. The food level is average, but I feel that this is a common problem in Prague. The catering in this city is single and of poor quality. The attached picture shows the hotel's cruise ship.

The room is comfortable and of moderate size. The shower room is spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable and makes you sleep well. The hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. It is only 10 minutes away from Charles Bridge, which is very convenient. However, the deposit of the hotel has not been returned yet. I don't know what is going on.
