Very near Prague train station, 4 mins walk. Hotel staff are very friendly. One thing stood out was the room space and heated bath room floor.

Location next to the main train station was ideal for an early morning train. Nice, clean, comfortable room at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend

A fantastic discovery. The hotel is located very close to the main station and a 20 minute walk at best from the old town and main sights of Prague. The chef is excellent and the breakfast, particularly the warm buttery croissants and utterly fresh cheesecake are better than any I've had at any five star hotel too. I can honestly say, it was such a great experience. Will repeat it for sure.

I canceled staying here because I prefer to go to Poland instead which I haven’t been to but trip.com won’t let me refund this booking. I’ve stayed here in July and there is an annoying tax and the reception is not friendly!

The closest hotel right after exiting the central station. The facilities are clean and there is nothing particularly lacking in the hotel. The reception is friendly and it is ok to leave your luggage after check-out. You can plug in the 220v outlet right away and there are many, which is good. Except for the inconvenience of having to ask the reception for dental kits and slippers, there are also two supermarkets nearby that are open late, which is good. I would visit again.

This is absolutely an inhumane hotel that only cares about profits and has no sympathy at all. The experience is hard to describe and I don’t want to describe it. I advise all Chinese people to stay away from this outrageous hotel, otherwise I guarantee there will always be a chance for you to regret it!

The service is really great. The guy at the front desk patiently answered our questions and stored our luggage for free. Slippers are available. Ask the front desk and they will give you a hairdryer. The environment is OK and the location is excellent.
