接待處職員非常友善，提早比咗房，房內飲品bar唔收費，每次執房都會再補，酒店樓下有超市，位置優悅，每次岀入都非常方便

The reception staff is very friendly, gave the room in advance, the drink bar in the room does not charge, every time you clean the room will be replenished, there is a supermarket downstairs of the hotel, the location is pleasant, every time in and out is very convenient

This hotel is very well situated, just a few steps from the Prage Old Square and the Astronomical Clock and Tower.  It is in a brand new building and having very cleam and confortable rooms, decorated in a very modern style. The staff was wonderful and we would like to givee a special mention to Johny at the reception.He attended us during check-in, and besides giving us a cocierge-hotel prepared Prague attraction map (very useful) he told us about the superb hotel breakfast to a point the some customer come back to Hotel Josef because of the quality of the breakfast. We were greatly surprised that the breakfast was really superb. Besides a very well stocked, varied a constantly refilled buffet, it also included ”a la carte” items, like Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine.  The pricing for the room including breakfast was reasonable for the quality of the hotel, the superb location and the kindness of the staff. We will come back to this hotel in future visits to Prague.

A truly excellent hotel in all ways! Beautifully modern, artistic, stylish. Awesome, delicious breakfast buffet. In-room complimentary (non-alcoholic) mini-bar, requested spacious queen room with balcony. We want to particularly recognize Pavel, superb, professional Front office Mgr.; Alessia and Monsour  terrific concierge support.

Hotel Josef is well located, comfortable and newly renovated. The breakfast was great and Mira at the desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Our train tickets were canceled because of the floods in Poland and he helped us not to panic and every day made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Prague.
