Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close.
Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance.
The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast.

After entering the room, I found that the TV and air conditioner could not be turned on, so I went to the front desk and informed the staff on duty. Not long after, they came to check and found that the air conditioning problem was solved, but the TV was still not available.
I still have to praise the efficiency of the staff☺️

It's really great for traveling in Prague. There's a river near the hotel, so you can take a walk, and it's close to Andel Station, so you can go to restaurants, and the tram that takes you to the Old City is close by. I recommend it

The rooms and facilities are outdated. Especially in summer when it is hot during the day, the room has no air conditioning or ventilation facilities, and the temperature in the room is too high to allow for normal rest.

This is no way a 4 star hotel, it's a hostel! We left after finding a pair of pants in the wardrobe. We booked through Broadway Travel after having such good experience before ,I was disappointed they Associate themselves with this hotel. They dont serve breakfast at this hotel you are expected to go to anothet hotel with a voucher! We rebooked another hotel in the city ,we are now trying to get recompense for this , which I am not confident we will .I am unable to recommend this hotel

We booked here as a party of 11, none of the tv’s worked, the fridge in the room froze everything, hotel bar and restaurant wasn’t in use so breakfast was in another hotel 5 minutes away, 1 of the morning we couldn’t ever get a table so had to eat out and pay, when reported to the hotel we was told the manager would see us before we left, never happened, when reported to love holidays on our return we was told nothing had been reported to any of the hotel staff and needed photographs to prove our claim, pathetic response from love holidays

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed it. Room was just drab, dated and dark. Breakfast was awful, we didn't est anything and nest day the said we had to use another hotel for breakfast. No different, just awful so we eat out each morning. Don't think I'd even give it 2 stars. It was warm, that's it.

I’ve never written a hotel review before in my life but after staying here I am compelled to. First off on entrance the welcome was very lack-lustre, and unprofessional. Girl behind the desk explained nothing about the hotel, times, area etc. Asked for a 1000 CZH deposit fee which we thought was unusual (normally credit/debit card) and as we carried little cash for our trip this then limited what we had to spend (no receipt was given for this, thankfully got it back though) We were given a room which looks nothing like the pictures, it was a room catering for disabled needs which myself nor my partner are. Since it was a disability room we had a wet room, not a proper shower. Thus showering was quite difficult as the head had to be removed (no angle/rotating unit). The shower head even detached from the pipe briefly. The bathroom wasn’t exactly clean, drainage smell came from the ‘bathroom’, mould was found scattered. As well as the towels were not replaced by cleaning staff after being left on the floor. One day we left a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door, yet a cleaner still came in. The walls of our room were very thin, my partner had to use ear plugs to get to sleep each night as we could hear everything outside the room. Instead of a double, we had 2 single beds pushed together, I didn’t mind this but it wasn’t exactly secure as I fell through multiple times. Some of our bed sheets were even ripped. Overall, as for a short stay in Prague this hotel is certainly below average. It’s certainly not a 4 star standard, but at least serves some basic functions. However being said, I would still highly recommend people stay far away from this hotel.

Bad communication and relations with customers I asked for a double room instead of twin when I booked online and they did not think about warning me about the extra fee of 80€ neither before my arrival nor when I checked in nor during my stay for 4 nights They asked me to pay 2000 crown = 80€ at check out ‘for tax charges for the 2nd person’ When I asked for an explanation they replied: “ You as customers did not ask the details. For the taxi you asked and we replied you with the price. My colleague told you did not understand each other probably. If you calculate 4 nights in September, near the river, in Prague, 20 minutes by walk from the Charles Bridges quarter is about 70 Euro per night, an appropriate September price for 2 people.” Room was ok, door of shower broken, very noisy fan, housekeeping did not refill shower gel, wet towels not replaced

Please avoid. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. Dark and miserable. Dusty and dirty rooms. Filthy mouldy bathroom. Changed from Room 16 to 21 which wasn't much better. Filthy mattresses, ripped bed sheet. Paid for breakfast but restaurant closed and send you to Hotel Annette which is two streets away with a voucher. Never again

We spent a few days in this hotel. When we checked in they asked for 1000 CZK deposit. They said they will pay it back after leaving the hotel. We leave everything perfect, we didn’t eat anything from the minibar, but the refund never come back to us anymore. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL IF YOU GO TO PRAGUE!
Response from Property: Good day, it is not true. The deposit is preauthorised and once you left the preauthorisation was cancelled. Then it depends on your bank to unblock the deposit. If you contact your bank they will do immediately. If not it will take about three weeks before they will do. Depends on customers bank. If would not be sometimes very bad damaged or all people would pay the drinks they take, it should be not necessary to require any deposit. Kind regards.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review before I finish my stay, but on this occasion I felt I had to. Like anyone else, I read up on the reviews before heading here, my heart sank. They were terrible. I was not looking forward to my trip at all. However, I arrived. The hotel the fine, the staff are friendly, right from reception to the cleaners in the morning. The room, although a bit out dated, is fine. The bathroom is huge, the room itself is a big size. The room and bathroom are clean, the hotel is clean. The hotel is quite secure with a door code required for entry at night. The check in process was smooth and easy. The reviews do not reflect the hotel, come and try for yourself.

The hotel is far enough outside the center to be quiet. Walking distance to the station is 40 minutes to the Charles bridge is about half an hour. The room was very small, not like the picture we saw when we booked. We had 2 single beds that were pushed together and one of them was against the wall so you had to exit the bed via the other bed or at the foot of the bed. The size of the bathroom was Ok and there was plenty of hot water but some of the ceiling was brown from water damage and the sink had multiple long cracks across it. There was a sign in the bathroom saying if you wanted the towels changed, please leave them on the floor. We did. When we returned to the room late that night the towels we left on the floor had been hung on the radiator, 2 of them were still damp !!!!!! If you don't plan to replace them, don't put up the sign. There were 2 windows one behind the other, you have to open both to let any air in, no possibility to open a small window. There were lots of small insects, like fruit flies in the room. When you arrive they require a deposit for the room, (they said in case you break anything). My experiebce is that most hotels now just take a credit card as the guarantee but do nto actually deduct the money from your account. It seemed strange. When the reception is closed, you can leave your luggage at the reception but it is not secure there, there is no locked press for it.
