Got breakfast but didn't really eat it. When I check in. The reception was missing. I had to go to each of the room to slowly find them. Most of the time the reception ain't in the room. They are just wandering somewhere so it's like finding pokemon. Some good one appear quickly. Some wild one takes awhile to find them but overall the room is huge n comfy to stay in

Horrible and scary experience at night because of the old fashion key entry. My wife and child were left waiting for the clerk on duty at night to open the main hotel gate for over 15 minutes. The gate has physical key and no keypad. My wife simply has forgotten to take the key with her. When she returned with my child she buzzed the office. To make that 15 minutes scary ordeal short, the clerk was horrible and started yelling at my wife and daughter and making them feel guilty for forgetting the key. I will never step a foot in Josephine hotel. I mean I paid a lot of money for the 4 night stay to be treated rudely and horribly.

The location is impeccable, just a stone's throw from the Old Town Square. There are several restaurants downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and quiet in the bustle. However, the elevator is too small and can barely accommodate four people. The bathroom in the room is a bit too small. The service staff is still great, warm and thoughtful. There is a small section of gravel road downstairs of the hotel, which is not very friendly to guests with suitcases.
