The Cloud One Prague

This is a brand new hotel in the chain and is definitely up market when compared with the Motel One branded hotels. Unlike Motel one in Europe, you have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, which is appreciated, especially on waking. The larger rooms are very well furnished with excellent decor. Security is very good and the staff as always in line with the groups required high standards of excellence. The location is perfect for both city centre and railway station. The breakfast is very good but expensive. The hotel has an excellent roof top bar, where breakfast is also served. Prague is good value with many excellent value high quality restaurant’s nearby. The only negative for a new Hotel is that it is surprising to us, that the room we had offered no USB ports, which should be standard in all hotels these days.

I am kinda regular at Motel One and was once in Cloude One and what you get here is standard high quality . Location is realy good, especially if arriving by train (very close to main railway station) , but itis also only 30 minutes easy walk thru the city center to Charles Bridge. A shopping mall is close and several small cafes and eateries. Hotel is new, rooms not too big but very clean , as well as bathroom. Very friendly staff. Roof top bar with the great view all the way to Castle . My room had city view, which was view on the local railway station (still very quiet und could sleep very well). Hotel has very nice patio, which is also convinient for smokers. I haven't tried the breakfast , so cannot comment. All in all, excelent value for the money.
