We returned to this location for the second time and we had confirmation of the service and organization of the management but with surprise we were able to try the new private Spa service. We booked the wellness center exclusively for 90 minutes with the aperitif served in the hydromassage tub never tried it first! An all-encompassing experience! Well done to everyone, always a professional welcome

A small escape a few kilometers from home in fact but a dreamy snowy landscape welcomes us: it seems to be in a Nordic country with wooden chalets immersed in the white blanket that abundantly covers them. After checking in in the main building, where we will then return to enjoy the spa and restaurant, we set off to reach our warm accommodations under the snow that is still falling (and will continue to fall throughout the night until late morning). Small rooms but equipped with every comfort: kitchen also equipped for cooking for 4 people, TV, two bedrooms (one double and 1 bunk bed) and adequate bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer). On the external porch (which we clearly haven't used in this period) there is a table and chairs for total relaxation in the summer. As mentioned, we also make use of the spa, booked for 90 minutes and with the "floating aperitif" option (we will receive a maxi tray with various hot and cold appetizers, fruit and sparkling wine that the staff will place in the pool for us, who remain to soak in everything the weather!). Outside there is also a hydromassage which, with a little courage (nothing, the snow doesn't want to stop... how wonderful!) we finally test. We conclude with a few minutes of sauna and then straight to the restaurant to taste their typical dishes (all extremely good!). Breakfast will also prove rich and tasty. Courteous, young and always available staff. A dream weekend, we didn't imagine so much! Beautiful and recommended

We stayed in this village of typical mountain chalets for a long weekend, and we had a great time. The chalets are really welcoming and equipped with everything. The entire staff is exquisitely friendly and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant to the spa. Specifically, an excellent restaurant with dishes that are truly well presented and of excellent quality. Fabulous spa also thanks to the various options offered. We will definitely be back.

On the weekend of January 13th I was in this village with my partner for our anniversary. I booked well in advance at the beginning of October last, after seeing a video on Instagram that talked about a private spa for 90 minutes and total relaxation. I took a look at their website and then via email I booked a chalet and 90 minutes of relaxation in a private spa with a floating aperitif. Introduction, this is intended to be a constructive note rather than a complaint. When we arrived we immediately noticed that the organization left something to be desired. The village is very scattered because not all the chalets are owned by them but some are bought or rented by other people, little signage and various indications. After checking in they show us the parking lot and chalet, no one accompanies us, we are given a map. Nice chalet, nothing sensational, not even a ruin... acceptable. Once the scheduled time for our private spa has arrived we go there to change etc.. Deserted spa.. no one at the reception, we go up to reception and ask for information. They tell us to go and change in the changing rooms but inside we find a couple and in the spa also all their things, aperitif, glasses, towels etc. The girl explains the route to take and greets us. From here our 90 minutes of private relaxation in the spa begins, which won't be the case. For the entire 90 minutes there will be various people entering and exiting the spa, who will go into the garden leaving doors open and who will go back and forth several times (by people I mean the staff). We ask to receive the aperitif which was exquisite and also for our fine experience there was no one. The next morning we had to check out and we stopped for breakfast there, or at least we tried. We enter the restaurant and no one greets us, so we sit down and I go to the counter to ask for breakfast. Croissants not in the oven at 10:00 in the morning, coffee and cappuccino not arriving. When they arrive it is 10.18am cold, cold as if they had been made outside, in the snow. My partner goes to the cash register to pay where he stays there for about ten minutes before being looked at. Waiter not at all inclined to listen and dialogue. We leave a little disappointed... The one night experience with the private spa (which wasn't private) cost €250 which perhaps wouldn't have been a lot if it had been worth it... I think there are some small precautions to take into account such as customer care, kindness and general organization. I can't say soon, alas..

The village is very welcoming and aesthetically beautiful. The houses are very clean and well served. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the Moon light, I found the candles extinguished and the tub was cold for the entire duration of the experience. We didn't enjoy the moment, only after more than half an hour had passed they allowed us to go to the heated indoor pool. Very beautiful and super appreciated. But we were able to stay for a short time compared to the hour we had to dedicate to it, furthermore due to the cold we had asked for a clean towel to warm up for which they also made us pay for. I was really very sorry. On the other hand, excellent dinner

I stayed with my partner on the Immaculate Conception weekend. Excellent organization and cleanliness of the rooms but the kindness and professionalism of the staff can be perceived immediately. Excellent restaurant, national cuisine dishes with local specialties and perfect service... here we go feel truly pampered! Spa a real flagship! Thanks to everyone in particular to Concetta, Giampiero and the beautician Ilaria!

Very warm welcome, quiet campsite, free electricity for camper vans. 1€ for a shower and that's normal. Good little business in the neighboring village. It bears its name "Villaggio" well and the landscape is very beautiful. New, clean and plentiful sanitary facilities. A little advice for the manager, the showers are not practical for people with arthritis (coat rack too high; slippery floor, need for a handle). THANK YOU.
