We came back because we loved the atmosphere and the style of this hotel. The fact that it's adjacant to the pistes is another big plus. Breakfast is ok. We took dinner in restaurants across village. Enough decent choices.

We stayed with a motorbiker group for 5 nights. In summer it was nice to be in the cooler climate in the altitude. Rooms are nice, service is good. We typically had diner on the terrace, thast was very nice. Iwould recommend Marmotel for groups as our with 12 persons.

Stayed at the Marmotel with two young children. I would 100% recommend. It says the hotel is a 3* but if you take into account the location next to the slopes, ease of getting to the lifts and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff I would give it much, much higher. Breakfast is excellent and all you need for a good start to the day (decent coffee too, which is important for me)! Rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels when needed, water everyday, comfortable beds, warm radiators for drying gloves, lovely views. Relaxed seating area with a log fire for the evenings. The resort is very friendly and has been perfect for our first family ski trip. Being so close to the slopes has been essential for a stress free and most enjoyable holiday. Lessons have gone well. The Marmotel has offered more than we were expecting and have genuinely had the most wonderful staff in all areas of the hotel (reception, bar, breakfast, ancillary).

Hotel in the ski area with great value for money in summer. We were passing through on our motorbikes for one night and would stay here again anytime. At least in the holiday months of July and August there is a lot going on here. In June it is completely dead, I don't think you can even get anything to eat up there on the mountain.

I have been staying at the Marmotel every winter for over 10 years. I have never been so badly received, the rooms have never been so dirty... What a shame to see this beautiful establishment deteriorate like this... A real disappointment.

La qualité du service décroit d'année en année. Aujourd'hui lors du check out, il nous est facturé 3 diners alors que nous avons pris tous nos repas ailleurs... La réceptionniste nous indique que d'autres clients ont donné notre numéro de chambre pour ne pas payer leur repas. Aucune vérification n'est effectuée ! Je leur ai demandé de vérifier la signature sur les facturettes pour constater la fraude, mais hélas ils ne les avaient pas ! Je vous avertis, je ne suis pas à 115 euros près, j'ai cette chance. Toutefois, si cette somme m'est débitée je vous poursuivrai par tous les moyens à ma disposition. De surcroît, je ne manquerai pas, de signaler l'arnaque et l'incompétence sur toutes les plateformes digitales. Il ne tient qu'à vous À plus de 500 euros la nuit, je n'ai pas à subir ce type de désagrément. Ps: Je n'ai jamais rédigé un avis aussi long, mais là il le faut pour éviter que d'autres personnes ne fassent les frais d'un laxisme inouï. Mes vacances sont rares et précieuses. Après lecture des commentaires, je suis arrivée le couteau entre les dents. J ai cherché le moindre poil dans mon lit, que ma chambre n ait pas été nettoyée, les serviettes inchangées, que le personnel refuse mes demandes, que les gendarmes viennent tous les soirs à cause du bruit comme je l avais lu… et bien, je cherche encore ! Ok je n ai pas eu de parking et la nourriture le soir n est pas ouf. Ok le lave vaisselle fait mal son travail, mais… J ai dormi comme un bébé, ma chambre était nickel, le petit dej est très bien… nous sommes dans un 3 étoiles les amis pas au Martinez. Je dors à l hotel toute l année pour le travail, et je peux vous dire que celui ci est vraiment bien pour déconnecter et pas si cher pour la saison. Alors moi aussi j ai connu le Marmotel d « avant » mais les équipes actuelles ne méritent vraiment pas de tels commentaires. C était parfait et merci à tous pour ça !
