Posizione molto comoda, parcheggio interno, vista mozzafiato, camere che peccano di manutenzione ma pulizia dignitosa, biancheria bella bianca e profumata di pulito. Consiglio colazione in un barretto con poche pretese ma buono e con personale gentile li vicino "bar pasticceria lumiere" via vecchia San gennaro.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti per visitare la zona. Peccato, ha del potenziale, ma è totalmente trascurato. Pulizia molto scarsa, sia in camera che fuori (nel patio c era parecchia sporcizia). L unica cosa positiva era il condizionatore che funzionava. Wifi nn funzionante (2 su 2 mi è stata data una password errata). È solamente comodo per raggiungere il centro di pozzuoli e i traghetti per le isole.

La posizione, vicino al centro, con comodo parcheggio e vista invidiabile, ha ben pochi confronti. La nostra camera ha mostrato qualche piccolo problema, durante il nostro soggiorno, e non era delle più felici tra le disponibili. Il personale, gentilissimo, è sempre stato pronto a risolvere ogni inconveniente. Mi ripeto, ci sono sistemazioni ottime e funzionali e altre da migliorare. Se ritorneremo, sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura, ma spererei di essere più fortunato.

Locali luridi, il lavandino del bagno con i resti di saponi sparsi sopra e dentro, quello della cucina tappato. Toccare a mani nude lo sportello del congelatore, espone a rischio di contagio di tifo, salmonella, epatite e sifilide. Il tavolo appiccicoso e unto. Il pavimento, armadio e mobili, visibilmente sporchi. Per non parlare dei muri, sporchi e con muffa

Le foto del sito non rispecchiano le reali condizioni del residente, hanno un enorme potenziale ma è tutto molto trascurato e sporco. Le sedie fuori dal terrazzo comune in una settimana sono rimaste sporche di succhi o altro molto appicicose. Mobilio vecchio e mal tenuto...fuori I muri non si possono guardare per come si vedono i ferri dai balconi. Fuori vi sono angoli di discarica... È un vero peccato che il posto sia così trascurato. In compenso vi è un personale disponibile. Se ristrutturato sarebbe un angolo di pace.
