Here for just a few days but had fabulous time. View, staff, room, free shuttle into town all excellent, even after check out still took us into town to pick up next stage of our holibobs, fantastico!! Got fed with lovely snacks every time we had a drink, 👏 great job

Substandard. Staff very varied. One motivates the other unhelpful, incompetent en unprofessional . Private parties that disturb night's sleep and so on ... in short: not worthy of a four star, not recommended

Lacking attention to detail and certain basics. No coffee making facilities in the rooms. Grubby bath trim and jacuzzi bath not working initially- when it did black residue was released. Over priced main menu for restaurant. Dogs allowed in restaurant, not ideal. No dedicated pool toilets shade and seat cushions not consistently available. Very rude member of staff ( no uniform) who loudly objected to pizza delivery outside hotel one evening. She could have politely explained regarding the separate eating area rather than shouting and slamming pizza boxes shut. Certain visitors seemed to receive a VIP service over and above paying guests. Positives- nice decor, nice pool and useful shuttle service. Receptionists appeared efficient and well informed. Overall enjoyable family holiday but would not return to this hotel.

We stayed here in July and we had a nice stay. The views from the hotel were incredible! The pool was nice and clean as was the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Raphael and his girlfriend did a great job waiting on us and making us drinks. The other wait staff was very friendly as well. I didn’t get the front desk clerks name but she was younger, very pretty with long blonde hair and she was amazing! She took care of us every step of the way! She made sure we had correct information and accommodated us with whatever we needed. She helped us with a very scary taxi situation and made sure we were able to get back to the hotel. We had no issues using the pool but I did read prior to booking they have weddings and it closes during those. Make sure you check before booking to make sure. Also, Pozzouli is a hike from Naples. Taxis charge you double but the location is worth it.

Stayed here one night. What a shame. Hotel looking good but thats all. Nasty smell inside and outside. Room dirty, diner poor, breakfast very poor. For the price you expect 4 stars, but you get max 2 stars. Only one bartender smiling, the rest off the staff unfriendly. never again.

Magnificent place, we really relaxed a lot and we were satisfied for having chosen you even though we had to leave to give the place to other special guests. Our short stay was complete with everything, without sacrificing taste and quality. Comfort is assured and also the place has a breathtaking view, which even the rain did not diminish

There is little to say, the cuisine here is fabulous and the place is very quiet. Cozy rooms and sea views, ample parking, swimming pool and staff truly prepared for your every need. The thing that amazed me is the attention they put into the little things, from the glass of wine paired with the food to the simple conversation in the event that you are alone at the table. But the cuisine and the table service are the pearl that made me say "I will return", Gennaro together with his colleagues always made me find the right combination for the dish served, if I didn't like anything on the menu they always took care of finding a succulent solution, you eat and drink like a dream. What can I say, simply thank you, a truly surprising discovery.
