I wonder how they can assign 4 stars to that TERRIBLE Hotel, with the smell of sewage everywhere and with staff annoyed by the slightest request for information. The hotel is in an industrial area, far from the center of Naples and above all poorly connected. If you don't have a car, I strongly advise against this hotel, it will cost you a lot of money by taxi (the hotel does not provide any shuttle), the only bus that passes is the 502 which leaves you at the Campi Flegrei station where you can take the train to the centre. Unfortunately, on the second night a strong storm created the atmosphere of a "nightmare hotel", the water seemed to be above our heads, it was raining on the stairwells, the same night we heard absurd noises, we looked out and the firefighters were breaking down a door because someone had felt ill. It looked like a scene from a movie. Room cleanliness acceptable but towels smelled. Rusty taps and broken doors in the bathroom, old fixtures, and I stayed in what they call a suite, SHAMEFUL! At breakfast you expect Neapolitan pastries, espresso coffee from a 4-star hotel and instead you find hard tarts, some mini puff pastries and coffee from a push-button machine. DISHONEST, at least offer a shuttle to the station if you say you have 4 stars!
