Absolutely not recommended. The staff is practically non-existent. A nice place with a panoramic view, a structure that has potential ruined by the much more than inadequate staff. To work in a hospitality facility the first characteristic should be a smile and friendliness, which is not found even by mistake in this place. The room was nice, large and quite clean. The problems with the staff arose even before the booking when they were unable to take the money from the card and they demanded that I find a way to give them the money, under penalty of canceling the reservation, I had to come to the facility, delete the reservation on Booking and pay the fee. the entire amount with the card because even though it showed the balance of my account, we were unable to carry out the transaction. After taking a shower and leaving the bathroom towels, they took them away without replacing them with clean ones, we pointed this out and were told that they would take care of it, which never happened because I had to go to reception to get them and also have to observe the bored and annoyed face of the gentleman who was there. We come for breakfast, dirty terrace full of pigeons wandering on the tables and without even the shadow of anyone to serve us. After 15 minutes of looking at each other we go to ask for an explanation at the reception who tells us that the employee had informed us that breakfast was finishing and had therefore left. Bathroom fault in the sink, the water did not drain, 3 days of reporting before the problem could be resolved. I will never set foot there again and I will absolutely advise against this establishment.

Struttura di una certa importanza abbandonata a se stessa, necessita di manutenzione in tutti gli ambienti che ho visitato. Ci vorrebbe un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia. Buona la posizione, un plauso a Pasquale della reception, simpatico e disponibile.
