Well managed and clean hotel, the English lawn that surrounds the buildings is beautiful. The room is beautiful. Located in the northern part of Pozzallo with few services within walking distance. We were able to easily get to the village and to the beach with the car in tow. Also there were beautiful cats that purred at anyone.

Nice spacious rooms wirh views on the garden and comfortable beds. Good shower and bathroom. Large closet to stow away your clothes. Friendly personnel. Room cleaning could improve. Breakfast is good (buffet) but not much variation. All in all good value for its price!

The hotel as such seemed very nice and well kept. It’s in a quite area with ample parking spaces. Room was good sized and seemed clean. TV was not working and only realised at around 10pm. The breakfast was the worst experience ever. There were ants all over the breakfast table. Also we had to ask for coffee. It’s a real shame because the place is nice.

We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, quiet place and friendly staff. Excellent for a relaxing holiday. Only sound we could hear was the chirping of the birds in the nearby fields. Pool was big with comfortable sunbeds. Buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. Only suggestion we can give is : dinner menu to be more varied. Our only problem was : transport. Being located out of town, to get to Pozzallo centre, just 2 kms away, we had to get a taxi, because no buses run close to the hotel. So if you don't drive, just call one !!

Large and spacious room, quite comfortable bed. However, the walls of the room were very dirty and in a 4 star hotel this should not exist. Small shower with empty shampoo and shower gel dispensers: no one refilled them in the five days of our stay. So little attention. Refrigerator that didn't cool. The cleaning leaves something to be desired: there was a dead fly on the floor, which remained there for the entire stay. On the other hand, minimal cleaning was done during the quarter of an hour of breakfast. It has never happened in any hotel that while you are down for breakfast, they make up your room in such a short time! The breakfast is good, although there is not much variety, for a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff; The location of the property is good for getting around eastern Sicily. Silent area. Of course you need to have a car to get around.

Bad management. I had forgotten a piece of clothing in the room the same evening as check out, I called to inform them but the person in charge of cleaning the rooms had thrown it away. The management did not even apologize for what happened, in fact in an arrogant and overbearing way it declined any responsibility. I advise you to be careful not to leave anything personal, especially clothing or anything else that is not put in the safe for obvious reasons because it would be trashed immediately and not put aside until the customer can claim it. The clothes are the property of the customers and not of the hotel

The stay overall went well, spacious room with Wi-Fi but we had problems with ants for 3 days, I understand the room on the ground floor but you can't find the table full of ants as soon as you wake up, without having any of food in the room, also have breakfast at 7.30 otherwise if you arrive at 8.30 you won't find anything except the croissants because the kind guests who will be in the same hotel as you will do the shopping to save €10 for lunch at the seaside. This is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel, don't say that the staff didn't see why the various sandwiches and well-packaged slices of cake were left on the tables during breakfast and those of us who arrived at 8.30/8.45 had to witness this scene and find ourselves to only eat brioches or yoghurt, unfortunately rudeness is rampant but standing still and watching will certainly not help you over time. The quality/price ratio certainly needs to be reviewed.
