The room was clean even though it was a bit cold, and I didn't get a shower cap which was a part of the amenities. Overall it was good, quick drive to the airport. Staff are very professional and friendly. I would give a 4.5/5

Nice place but rooms are quite old. Under my bed I have found an old apple so it was for sure not too clean. Also tv have just... 2 channels. Point for hotel is that it's quite close to city center and not too expensive.

Gaja Hotel is very suitable for new students of UAM English Academy. More than 200 yuan a night in Poznan. The price is quite high. The key point is that it is close to the English Academy (the big white building in the photo). It is convenient to take a ten-minute taxi ride from the train station and turn left. Shops and Euronet cash machines accept UnionPay cards (in Sheraton hotels)

Great neighborhood, close to the bus stop, the old zoo, MTP, station, tasty breakfast, clean rooms, but there were a few faults. Very nice and professional service, I recommend it.

The hotel was ok for one night. Unfortunately, I can't say much other than the location, the view from the window was bland (the wall and roof of the neighboring building), sounds from outside the window were audible, but nothing happened that would prevent us from falling asleep. The shower leaked - the bathroom was flooded after washing. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom, it was provided to us from the reception, but it was damaged. We found someone's sock in the bathroom - so I wasn't convinced about the quality of the cleaning service. The service was ok, neutral - neither friendly nor nice, nor the other way around. Just "yes/no/thank you/goodbye" without much enthusiasm or a smile on your face. The staircase stank of cigarettes, apparently the smoking room was not very well insulated. The bar and bowling alley actually exist, but they are not in use - there is a sign on the door saying "party closed", and the room behind the door is dark and there was no indication that anything was happening there (Saturday at 7:10 p.m.), on the website there was no information about this.
Overall, I wouldn't go back unless I had no other choice. If the stay was longer, we would definitely ask for a room change.
