El hotel maneja publicidad engañosa en cuanto a precios , Los cuartos son muy pequeños y las camas duras El personal de recepción no tiene un trato amable ni cortés Cero sonrisas Yo opino que hay mucho que mejorar y sobre todo el cuarto es muy pequeño las camas duras y chiquitas le falta mucho confort para el precio que manejan

Las fotos son de hace muchos años no tiene nada que ver con el estado actual Está con muchas faltas de personal, se nota la falla y ausencia ya que personas que no son las del puesto indicado tienen que realizar el trabajo el cual se nota que no es lo que les corresponde y como no están identificados parece que fuiste a una fonda donde no existe ni siquiera un gafete que lo identifique...y si este hotel es parte de la cadena WINDHAM dejan de cumplir con muchos requisitos de la marca comparados con otros hoteles de la misma cadena...

Buen hotel, frente a la centras de autobuses y cerca de la salida a México. Habitaciones cómodas, con las facilidades. Restaurante con comida tradicional (masa) con buen sazón. Aceptan mascotas lo cual considero es genial para quienes no tenemos dónde dejarlos y pueden subir a las habitaciones. En lo personal, me volvería a hospedar.
