-very very dirty kitchen (cutlery drawers with crumbs, sand and dust, frying pans scratched/encrusted, freezer with various encrusted ice bags and old ice -dishwasher for 1 to max. 2 people household -bathroom cabinet dirty with leaked toothpaste -mattres

When I picked up the key, I called the holder and the sudden answer was that the key was in the door at least a moment ago (no information had been received about it). The cottage was dirty and the sauna trees damp. The price / quality ratio is not right.

Grill is heated with coal and customer should bring coal with him.
The crayfishing possible throughout the year by the pond nearby. The owner also sells crabs. Smoke sauna 180 € and bath tub 150 €, distance 400 meters. Not in availeble in the winter time. Additionally movable hot tub 150€/weekend, owner fills it in with lake water and customer heats it by following the instructions. Availability needs to be checked beforehand.
National park Vaskijärvi 3 km, nature trails Kuhankuono 10 km, dance hall Valasranta 11 km.
