設施：一等一地沒話説，套房寬敞舒適，衞浴是帕爾瑪之水，兩個台盆足夠各自洗漱。陽台建議放點休閑桌椅，不至於空盪盪的衹能站着，如果牆上再裝個小摺疊晾衣架就更方便了。環境：優美，草坪綠得醉人，傍晚騎行一圈真的適意。秋天柚子熟了一定更好。服務：這麼高端的設施這麼優美的環境真的不該有這麼拉胯的服務啊！首先誇誇接我們的司機吳師傅，服務貼心熱情，得知我們前晚住在景德鎮，直接開到酒店來接我們，省得我們再拖着行李去機場，非常感謝。但是餐飲、體驗活動等都多多少少有值得改進的地方，已經跟送站的朱經理聊了一路，要反饋的問題都反饋了，建議還是多做做員工培訓吧。尤其有客訴時反應不夠及時到位，這點還是有很大進步空間的。

Stayed in so many hotels, this one is really impressive. The location of the hotel is excellent, with many food and attractions around. The rooms are spacious and bright, with good lighting and beautiful scenery outside the window. The gym and swimming pool facilities are new and complete, and the freshly made fried eggs and freshly squeezed juice for breakfast are awesome. The service staff were all smiling and the service was thoughtful. I would choose this for the future trip. The front desk Xiao Zhao service was really impeccable. The staff had no complaints and warm reception.
