1.酒店的空調不製冷，半夜熱醒了，下去找前台，前台很理直氣壯的説所有房間都是這樣的，現在是5月份了，居然空調不能製冷
2.早上7點半去餐廳吃早餐，好多東西都吃光了，找大姐説幫我做個拌粉，大姐很不耐煩的説等一下，現在還有好多人在排隊，結果等到我8點10分離開了大姐也沒有給我做拌粉，中途大姐還去打掃衞生了，這期間總共就做了4-5份粉，直到我離開那些被吃完的菜品都沒有上上來，衹有稀飯，饅頭，冷熱菜。
3.房間床頭是沒有插座的，整個房間就兩個插座，茶水櫃一個，牀頭櫃下面一個（但是插了一個酒店的鬧鐘），我打電話給前台，前台説那個鬧鐘可以充電，但不是快充，我插上邊充電邊玩，30%的電量玩了兩個小時變成5%，無奈凌晨下去掃了一個充電寶，
真的很糟糕

2月15日17:50分左右辦理的入住，前台服務人員態度冷漠，對於顧客的需求都是敷衍了事，建議多學習學習別家的服務態度，熱情點吧，顧客選擇你們家是對你們的信任，希望得到的是有温度的服務，建議老闆加強管理

1.前台服務態度不好，開發票，掃碼填寫了訊息，當時就我一個客人，我説掃完了，他就讓我再報一遍公司名字，我説就剛掃的你那裡有看到嗎？服務員説，你説一下名字啊，就你一個人掃了，態度和我欠錢求他開票一樣。
2.進入房間一股味道，還不是普通的沒有通風的氣味，床頭一股腳臭味
3.床頭有裸露的電線，很危險。
4.床頭的查詢在櫃子下面，使用非常不方便，這個插頭還插了其他的東西，床頭沒有空位可以充電
