當晚入住，停車無位。無人指導幫助解決。
到達前台，前台小姑娘都不站起來禮貌一下，全程翹腳開卡。
到達房間，電梯臟，過道地氈不敢下腳。
房間吹風機壞，衞生間馬桶臭。床頭牆灰塵，射燈蜘蛛網。
床墊子，枕頭睡的很不舒服，脖子落枕。
神奇的感映燈太噁心，睡着翻身動被子燈自動量，能嚇**。

房間衞生間和洗浴間同出一個門，且先進洗浴間再入廁所，洗浴間洗澡有水，上廁所必須過洗浴間，腳沾水容易摔倒，房間採光不好，隔窗三十米很多空調外機呼啦呼啦的，房間清潔不到位。差點面板以及水龍頭上面灰塵多厚一層。房間燈光設施還可以。周圍購物吃飯還是方便。

前台服務非常差，我們下午兩點多到辦入住，説還沒打掃好，一點歉意也無，面無表情地通知我們還沒打掃要等，還要交按金，我也是無語了，住過那麼多城市，竟還有要交按金的，什麼年代了都，第二天退房説已退好按金，等我回車上一看根本沒退，還好還沒走，去找又弄了幾次才退好，耽誤我們不少時間，差評。

1. 位置優越：商圈/景區，步行5分鐘可達，出行、購物都超方便，省去不少通勤時間。
2. 服務貼心：前台辦理入住很快，主動告知周邊美食和遊玩攻略；客房阿姨每天打掃得很乾凈，還會幫忙補充洗漱用品，細節很到位。
3. 房間舒適：床品柔軟親膚，睡眠體驗很好；房間採光足、無異味，隔音效果不錯，晚上很安靜，完全不影響休息。
4. 性價比高：這個價位能住到這樣條件的酒店很值，下次來這邊還會優先選這裏！

1. 衞生待改進：入住時發現床單有細小污漬，衞生間地面有點潮濕，呼叫保潔後處理不夠及時，影響第一印象。
2. 隔音較差：隔壁房間的説話聲、走廊腳步聲都能清晰聽到，凌晨還有噪音，導致睡眠質量受影響。
3. 設施老化：房間空調製熱/製冷效果差，熱水需要放很久才熱，聯繫維修後問題未完全解決，體驗感一般。
