Isn't this the summer in Hayao Miyazaki's movies? Entering the hotel, there is a welcome fruit tea in the lobby. The staff is very considerate and provides water to help carry the luggage. We booked a twin room. The room is also very healing, very clean and tidy. When you open the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a balcony, and you can see the mountains. The grapefruits and the beautiful sunset. The toiletries provided in the room are "Parma" water that is very tasteful and smells great. . . There are also free snacks, fruits and even Perrier water in the room. . . There is also a children's paradise in the resort. After checking in, the children were eager to go to the children's paradise after seeing it. The hotel staff drove us there in a sightseeing car. Along the way, there were pottery workshops, open-air barbecue stations, real-life Cs, etc. In the evening, the hotel provided dinner in an exquisite Chinese restaurant nearby. After the meal, the children went to swim in the constant-temperature swimming pool with their father. The staff also thoughtfully sent fruits. Next to the swimming pool is the gym. . . 房間很舒服，環境特別好，周圍是 6000 畝柚子園，國慶期間酒店安排的活動也很不錯，雖然地處有些偏，交通不方便了些，但是酒店有接送站服務，酒店吳師傅得知我們第二天去景德鎮，還把我們順路送到，真的十分感謝！整體服務體驗非常好，很滿意的一次出行

景色相當哇塞！環境很好，親子遊樂也很好，早餐不錯，房間設施也很好！在山谷裏，也很安靜。唯一的是游泳池沒有提供更衣的地方，衹能在房間更換好再去，去的時候還好，游完回房間還是有點冷的，房間又在2樓，真的有點不方便的。而且衹提供一次性拖鞋，沒有涼拖，去游泳池又沒有更衣室就很不方便了，腳濕的，也沒有鞋換。這點希望改進。

酒店的司機大哥很周到，不影響工作進度的情況下會盡量滿足客人的需求。這是一個很舒適休閑親子樂的酒店。如果能送一些莊園特色的小禮品給客人當伴手禮就更好了。

第一次差評，車開到酒店門口沒有任何引導，沒有接待。辦理入住的過程前台服務非常不專業，帶去房間的時候也不會幫忙拿箱子。感覺前台都沒有經過培訓。早餐品種少且難吃。房間的裝飾甲醛味巨大。房間有蚊子要個花露水要另外購買，沐浴露和洗髮水是一小瓶的，多要個沐浴露也要收費，頭一次碰到，1400的酒店，多要個沐浴露要另外收費？？？房間的紙袋子是破的，重新要了一個，阿姨送來新的紙袋的同時找我要舊的紙袋，簡直無語，還怕我多拿個紙袋嗎！！！全程服務最好的是拓染的老師……不要來…… 服務：體驗感不好 設施

怎麼説呢，一開始定了二期那邊的酒店，後面因為圖片和實物不符合，而且房間衞生差到離譜！！！！ 後面補差價付費到依山景大床，前台一開始告知的價格是補差價500，後面告知補差價600多，我就奇怪了，我到底要補多少錢？？後面和反覆確認才告知是500，笑了。 我們再來説説衞生問題吧，前台帶我們看了兩個房間，房間衞生都不太行，我就説 那讓大姐們去二次清潔一下吧，結果二次清潔衞生也沒打掃乾淨，馬桶衞生應該是重點清潔吧，結果臟死了，淋浴間洗個澡，地漏不下水，水都要溢出來了，歡迎水果就別説了，幾個散落在盤子裏的葡萄，一個橙子，這是不歡迎我們是嗎？ 我和朋友一路開車過來早上中午都沒吃，到酒店一點多C/I 當時聽到前台説餐廳兩點開，好 我和朋友在房間加了前台微信 發了菜單過來，又問了句現在能點餐了嗎，微信沒人回，於是餓到不行的我們打電話給前台，結果前台告知餐廳17:30開放，那我請問為什麼前台小姑娘要説兩點？900多的房間 而且非週末，住過那麼多星級酒店，從來都沒這麼生氣過，我請問你們到底是讓客人怎麼度假的？
