This hotel has to be one of the nicest HIE that I have ever stayed in! The staff was exceptional and the room was extremely nice and very clean .

This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of conveniences close by. Hotel was clean and modern. Our room was spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good with coffee. It had an area where snacks were available for purchase. Excellent stay.

Overall great experience. I was able to check in early which really helped me out. Clean room with cold air conditioning (which I love!). I experienced great hospitality by everyone I encountered. There were good amenities. Highly recommend.

Rooms are pretty dirty. Amenities that are provided ran out during trip. We asked for them to be refilled and it didn't happen. We stayed for a week and when we asked to have our room services, they only replaced towels and took out trash. Didn't clean the room at all. Breakfast is disgusting. We ended up going out for breakfast 4/6 days because it was so gross.

Excellent hotel! We liked this IHG hotel very much. Beautiful, clean rooms, best comfy beds and pillows, check in was easy, and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was delicious and for once not crowded! We will definitely be staying again!!

No housekeeping service because off Covid-19 in December 2022 😅I stay 6 days and none off this 6 days clean one single time my room poor customer service restroom have stains breakfast wash ok orange juice can better coffee is excellent 24 hours a day Fresh coffee that’s the only good thing about this place

There are some good things about this hotel, but overall our stay was not a great experience. Getting to the hotel can be tricky unless you are coming from I-85. Traffic on Hwy 153 is pretty heavy, so turning right into the hotel (or coming out to go to I-85) can be tricky. Most of the staff seemed very uninterested in the guests, not making eye contact. Oone notable exception being the chatty evening reception manager. The room was OK if a bit spartan and it was quiet at the back of the hotel. Whilst the beds were comfortable, they were very high (floor to mattress top = 3 feet), so small visitors may find it a bit of a climb, Four pillows, two sheets and a duvet cover, all stark white, per bed must make for a massive laundry requirement. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, but no plates, mugs or flatware - so what's the point of that? More important, there are also no coffee making facilities in the room. The complimentary breakfast is what you would expect for the price. There are two automatic coffee machines (one was out of service), It takes about a minute to deliver one cup, so beware of coming to breakfast in rush hour.

I’m only giving a 1 because 0 stars are not an option. We have stayed at this location many times over the years as w shave family near by. This stay was by far the worst experience we have had. They do not clean rooms (due to COVID) which I understand, but you have to practically beg them for clean towels. The staff is beyond rude and you can feel it from them. They are just annoyed to have to work. Especially the lady who runs the breakfast area. Never had met a rudder lady in my life. She continually made comments around how disgusting people are and how gross kids are. Not sure why they don’t just quit. We stayed 6 days and ran of out hot water every day. The last morning, we were finally told the hot water heaters were broken and they you replacing them as we spoke. How convenient! Even though next time we will have to drive farther, we will be staying somewhere else.

We were in town for a funeral and needed a comfortable hotel for one night. I chose this hotel because it looked newer than others in the area and the pictures of the suites looked bright and roomy and they had a sitting area and a couch. It was a great choice and the room rate was very reasonable . The room seemed brand new and was perfect. The king bed was comfortable. There was an area you could hang out downstairs near the lobby in addition to a relaxing area outside with a firepit and cushiony chairs. This was just outside the pool area. Their employees were all super friendly especially Becky who was always smiling. She was very helpful due to the fact that after returning home to Florida we discovered that my wife's favorite pajamas had been left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I called Becky and she checked lost and found and luckily they were there. Becky researched the procedure we would need to use to get them back and we should get them any day now. If I ever had to stay in this area again I would surely stay here again.
