The breakfast was as basic as it could be. If any less was offered, there would be no breakfast at all. The pool was not heated and not available until 10am, so we could not use it.

Front desk is not very accommodating and they lock your room door at 11:00 am sharp can’t get in then they charge you to reopen

The room was not cleaned well. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. There was no coffee pot. And only 1 regular coffee. When the sunk was turned on, water ran from the side and then started dripping intobthe floor if you did not place a wash cloth beside the faucet.

You can tell that they remodeled the room with paint and hardwood floors. But the floors were dirty and the cabinet that the TV was on around the bottom area you could tell an animal chewed all along it. One night we had a roach in the bathroom, killed it and flushed it. In the office area where they have free breakfast the first morning going in there at 6:10 and they opened at 6 AM. It was very dirty. The waffle maker had a bunch of burnt stuff in it. There was three containers that had pancake batter in it just sitting there. There was crumbs all over the counter and one morning there was even a mattress right there in the hallway that was connected to the eating area by the coffee machine. The guys at the front desk were busy on their phone instead of cleaning the eating area. And there was nobody in there so clearly this was from the day before. The outside is very old-fashioned and the parking lot was pretty rough looking. While sitting there, I looked up at reviews and I see a lot of the same complaints on those reviews.

P. U - - - Ants. The sewer-smell from the sink was foul and sickening! I plugged it with a towel and brushed my teeth with the tub faucet.
