Kyriad Prestige Amiens Poulainville Hotel and Spa

It was second time, based on previous experience. Excellent hotel , with a helpfull and friendly staff ( Mustapha and Pierre). The rooms were clean but not big. The breakfast was sufficient and various choice. Big parking lot but we could’nt charge our car.

Really enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities worked for me. The breakfast was varied and generous. Only down side is not having anyone at Reception for a food 10-15 minutes, which is an issue when you need to check in.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back home from the South and had booked just minutes before arrival late at night. What a pleasant surprise. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful and we managed to settle down very quickly in new, very clean, spacious and modern rooms with excellent beds. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and we enjoyed the whole atmosphere in the hotel. When we had just been back on the highway, we realized that we had forgotten four rings in the bathroom, called the reception immediately and they were so kind to check for us and secure the rings. They were sent back to us without any hassle. That is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you again for your help and understanding. I can only recommend this hotel as a haven to relax and enjoy and we will come back on our travels through France.

Stayed here as a base for the Somme battlefields, the room was comfy, clean and in good condition. All the staff were helpful and you have the advantage of a EV charging station and restaurant in the car park, parking is free. My one concern is at breakfast some of the staff had the habit of moving cutlery from table to table, even after people had been sat there. Not very good in this current climate, I would stay there again if in the area.
