We received a warm and welcoming greeting at check in. We loved that there is a kitchenette in our room, and we were able to eat our take out dinner at a table, with real plates and utensils. Our room has a fireplace, which we have been loving. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, though the pool was a little cooler than we hoped. Overall, we had a great stay!

Very good experince. Went with whole family (three kids under 5) and the pool and hot tob were a hit, the breakfast was better than average, and the room was clean with comfortable beds and sofa-bed.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off perhaps accidentally at like 10pm and everyone had to clear out until the fire department came. That was the only negative. Luckily it wasn’t super cold.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room appeared to be clean and comfortable but there were large bugs in the window of my bedroom, a huge bug in the bathroom and what appeared to be a large tick, also in the bathroom.
I took pictures and showed them to the desk clerk. I can send them to you if you want them.

The place was very very clean. The rooms were excellent. The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was awesome as well.

The hotel was clean but lacked a little travel conveniences we have found at various Residence Inn. This hotel did not supply extra blanket, hairdryer, nor lotion which I forgot. The breakfast was good and the food service staff attentive. I rate them a 4 out of 5 because these are minor. Its a good place to stay. Enjoy!
