Overall comment: no commitment, no love, do not go here. Particular experiences: when I entered my room there was a smell of something rotten. After some research I found that on top of the wardrobe (I had to climb a chair) there was a pack of rotten Fisch sticks with maggots all over. I was puzzled. Why fish sticks if there’s not even a kitchen? I did not want to blame the cleaning staff (by then I did not know there isn’t any). Eventually I made a note but no reaction from the staff. After 3 days without any cleaning, despite my polite requests (the dustbin was flooding and my towel was constantly damp) I started to believe the fish may have been a sign of frustration from some previous guests. And I can relate. This place is only money driven. Do not go. By the way: the automatic light in the bathroom is a nuisance, the coffee (Senseo) pads are not sufficient (and there was an old one stuck in it), the bed is not made, the room is too cramped, the building is noisy. The whole place is crap. Do not go here. The area is nice, however.

One star is one too many. Room confirmed the day before our trip to Potsdam. Cancellation by phone when boarding the train the next day. An absolute thank you to this establishment - thanks to professional operators we found another hotel.

The room was great and the waitress was very sexy and the food was also great. I can recommend it for drinking with friends or a relaxing evening 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and one more thing, the location is also great, it's not a classy restaurant but it's simple awesome
