Just walked in and booked. Lucy at the front desk was extremely helpful. Super quick check-in and the room was beautiful and spacious, and they had a parking spot for my motorbike as well. Location is fantastic - walking distance to the best parts of Potsdam.

This is a great friendly hotel. Rooms are excellent, service is too. Vast choice for breakfast. Could do with a kettle in the room, got by with coffee machine but not ideal for hot tea. We ate in one evening and the waiter was on his own, but he was still extremely polite and friendly, nothing phased him he was excellent.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast (get the breakfast!!), and spacious, clean rooms. And the beds were incredibly comfortable too! Easy 2min walk from the nearest tram stop, and overlooks the main square. Only a 15min walk to the Schloss Sans Souci – unbeatable location.

Das Hotel braucht dringend mal wieder eine Renovierung :-( Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll, da auch Gäste von auswärts dort frühstücken können. Der Kaffee war lauwarm. Als die Kanne leer war, haben wir gefragt, ob wir noch einen Cappuccino haben könnten: Ja, aber der kostet extra :-( Allerdings ist das Pertsonal sehr nett :-) Insgesamt finden wir 4 Sterne für diese Hotel sehr geschmeichelt.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben das Zimmer 105 bewohnt. Die Einrichtung so wie die Türen waren teilweise sehr beschädigt. Das Bad war sehr geräumig jedoch die Toilette zeigte starke Ränder. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nun zum Frühstück im angrenzenden Café, DieBestuhlung war oben an den Rückenlehnen sehr speckig und abgegriffen. Auf den Kaffeekännchen fehlten die Deckel. Käseklumpen lagen auf einer Schneidemaschine die keiner bedienen konnte. Das gesamte Angebot war sehr übersichtlich. Das Besteck und die Tassen war teilweise nicht sauber. Die Tuchdekeration um das Büffet war sehr fleckig und angeschmutzt. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel in Potsdam, perfekte Lage und tolle Mitarbeiter. Frühstück sehr gut und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fahrradverleih direkt im Hotel. Parkmöglichkeiten unter dem Luisenplatz.

Ik heb een mooi verblijf gehad op deze prachtige plek, centraal, vlak bij het park sanssouci, mooie gelegenheid voor hardlopen trouwens, lekker en mooi ontbijt. vriendelijk personeel aan de balie en goede degelijke kamers.

Kurze Entfernung zum Park Sanssouci und zur Innenstadt. Ruhiges Haus. Großzügige und bequeme Suite mit Optimierungsbedarf im Badbereich. Insgesamt angemessenes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Hotelbereich.
