The hotel is a bit old, the breakfast utensils are not very clean, but the staff are quite enthusiastic

Meeting facilities are good, temperature in the meeting room was hot. Not quick to adjust. Rooms have a great lake view and for the rest oke. Restaurant used for buffet and one evening a 3-course diner. Standard food. Service is friendly and helpfull

It was the worst hotel on our Christmas trip, with the most expensive price. We requested a room with a view in a quiet part of the hotel, having written a letter to the hotel in advance with our wishes. But our wishes were not taken into account, rather the opposite - the room was provided in the building across the road from the main one overlooking the road and was very cold and uncomfortable. Weathered furniture, dirty refrigerator. Breakfast was also the worst of the seven hotels we stayed at during our trip. The only one good thing - we only booked one night. Unfortunately, I no longer want to come back here and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortuntalely, we didn't manage to use the hotel for the purpose we came for. We booked this hotel in the nature to be able to rest, but the weather was extremely hot and there was no air-co in the rooms, so it was not possible to stay in the room at all. There is a cozy restaurant in the hotel which we wanted to use instead, but it was closed because of lack of staff.. We asked if we can just use it, without the need of any service, but that was not possible. In the end we couldn't use the hotel and had to look for another cafe around, which ruined our overall experience and made us not like our stay. There was an annoyance with the cleaning staff as well, that decides to clean your rooms at 8:30AM. Yes, 8:30 in the morning you will hear a knock on the door that will wake you up and ask your room to be cleaned. Afterwards, we hanged a do not distrub sign, but the maid still insisted on cleaning our room, went inside and opened our curtains which made the room very hot when we were back. Keep in mind that even though the hotel has some nice chill areas, you will NOT BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE HOTEL, so better look for an option where you can actually chill in the hotel, if that's your goal. Location is good at the river and next to the S station. Breakfast is pleasant.

Modernes Hotel, außerhalb von Potsdam direkt am See , Nähe s Bahn Kleine moderne Zimmer, Neues Bad Abends laute Musik Keine Klimaanlage Tiefgarage 14€ Schwimmbad kostet extra, ziemlich unverschämt für ein vier Sterne Hotel Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet Abends gab es nur buffet im Restaurant für 32,- Euro WLAN etwas schwach

sehr zu empfehlen! Es stimmt die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer nett u. hilfsbereit. Ein Wermutstropfen - wie in DDR-Zeiten, keine Leute,keine Leute! In den ersten Tagen kam ich mir vor, wie in der PENSION SCHÖLLER. Aber dann klärte sich alles auf-es waren verschiedene Seminare (Beispiel:an einem Ofenrohr waren ca. 15 bunte Bändchen und an den Bändchen waren Leute die dieses Ofenrohr trugen)

Als Nachbar würde man gern öfter im Restaurant des Hauses zum Essen gehen. Das Personal ist nett und bemüht, das Essen passabel. Leider hat das Restaurant die Atmosphäre einer Mensa und die Akustik eines Bahnhof-Wartesaals. Man isst zu zweit für 100 Euro und auf den Laminat-Tisch wird noch nicht mal eine Tischdecke gelegt. Insgesamt dem Ort und den Lobgesängen der Hotelgäste über den schönen Seeblick nicht angemessen. Trost findet man nach dem Essen notfalls in der Whiskybar.

Das Hotel ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Offensichtlich fehlt auch Personal, so dass Teile schon gar nicht mehr betrieben werden können. Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei. Überall gibt es Treppen, die für Rollstuhlfahrer unüberwindbar sind, insbesondere der Übergang in das zweite Haus, das auf den Prospektbildern nirgendwo gezeigt wird, ist nicht möglich. Dort möchte man aber ohnehin nicht sein, denn statt malerischem Seeblick gibt es hier nur den Blick auf die S-Bahn Station. Der Lärm der S-Bahn wird zum Glück durch den Badezimmer-Lüfter übertönt. Einziges echtes Highlight ist die Hotelbar, die sich auf Whisky spezialisiert hat und eine beeindruckende Auswahl anzubieten hat.

Meine Tochter ist Frauenfußballfan des VFL Wolfsburg und diese Gastierten im schönen Potsdam im Karl-Liebknecht-Stadion. Da die Anreise etwas länger dauert musste eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gefunden werden. Die Wahl fiel auf dieses Hotel da das Station zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Auch der Preis von 116 € inklusiv Frühstück pro Nacht erschien uns angemessen. Das dieses Zimmer keinen Blick auf den See hat wurde auch direkt bei der Buchung angezeigt und ein kostenpflichtiges Update wurde angeboten. Wir haben den Blick auf den See nicht vermisst und auch die S-Bahnstation hat uns nicht gestört. Im naheliegenden EDEKA konnte man sich mit Getränken und Snacks versorgen. Auch am Frühstück hatten wir nichts auszusetzen, aus unsere Sicht ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Potsdam kommen, würden wir hier nochmals einchecken.
