This has to be the pick of the accommodation options in Potosi. The building is a very impressive, effectively renovated accommodation house from the colonial period. The location is exactly where you want to be in Potosi. (Catch a taxi from bus terminal.) The breakfast is good. Everything works well. The staff are attentive and helpful. Recommend this option for a short stay in Potosi.

Grand point positif, l'hôtel est situé sur l'un des axes menant à la place centrale de Potosi en 500 mètres.. Chambres spacieuses mais sans kit de toilette... Le chauffage chauffe fort et rapidement ce qui peut être appréciable lors de nuit très fraîches. Le personnel ne parle uniquement que l'espagnol... donc Google sera votre ami... Néanmoins, arrivé sous un orage ayant transformé les rues de Potosi en torrent de montagne, on peut se faire comprendre pour des serviettes supplémentaires et un sèche cheveux pour essayer de se sécher... Le petit-déjeuner est des plus basiques avec un choux restreint (ce qui peut s'expliquer par le très faible taux d'occupation de l'hôtel). Vous pouvez néanmoins avoir des œufs brouillés à la demande.

El servicio del hotel es malísimo. Primero nos dijeron que nuestra habitación estaría lista en 39 min y nos tuvieron esperando 2.5horas de reloj. Segundo, nos quisieron hacer el check-out a las 12 cuando nuestra reserva ponía que era hasta las 15.00. cuando se lo dijimos, nos dijeron que era un error y que nos cobrarían medio día extra, tuvimos que pelear bastante para que esto no pasase. Tercero, a la hora de la cena se equivocaron con los platos y además nos quisieron cobrar los que no habíamos comido. Además de que son lentos y tuvimos que reclamar las bebidas varias veces. La encargada muy antipática. Y para finalizar, si quieres pagar con tarjeta te suben la parte proporcional de impuestos, por lo que acabas pagando más de lo reservado No lo recomiendo, no vuelvo. Por ese precio hay muchos más alojamientos en la zona
