Poor service on cleaning environment and not friendly 

When I initially booked online with Orbitz, it said that I can pay at the property once I arrive. They processed a pmt with my card at 2:59 pm. I did not authorize them to do so. I called and I was told they do that for security purposes because people do not show up sometimes. Honestly, that’s not my fault. I get to the property & no one is at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes and no one still came. I called for someone, no one came. I even called the property to see if someone would come answer the phone. No one did. It took a total of about 20-30 min before someone came to the front. There was someone else in the lobby waiting with me. While being checked in I was given someone else paper to sign with their signatures on it already. The guest before me information was still on the welcome screen. Tbh, it look like the person work was sleeping. This room is not worth $130. The mirror in the bathroom is cracked. The light switch panel is all cracked up. The bathtub is chipped with rust. The room is way smaller that what pictures showed. The toilet doesn’t flush. I don’t think I will stay at this property again until they do some major upgrades.

I rent for 4 days . 2nd day . They didn’t clean the room , didn’t put toilet paper no shampoo front desk very rude she told me if I don’t like move out it was difficult get other place . I call ******* and I get other place . Bad customer service .
