Lovely quaint hotel great view excellent location. Staff friendly and accomodating. Room clean. Nice terrace to sit out. Free and safe parking for motorbike. Lovely breakfast. Value for money. Near bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is one of the most homely and friendly hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From our arrival to the check out, everything was delivered with a smile and a level of service which is second to none. My wife and I were truly happy to stay here and were sad to leave - always a great sign of a top class hotel and we do hope to be back again soon.

This hotel ( with its famous restaurant) was recommended by friends. It really did live up to our expectations! The staff were so attentive , nothing was too much trouble and they anticipated your every need. The restaurant is awesome. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel’s decor is really lovely, especially in its lounge . The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of Potes.

We stopped in for lunch. We were so well looked after, seated quickly. Before we knew it, complimentary Olives and Croquettes were put in front of us, whilst we decided what to order! Cayo and his staff treated so well! Great Food and Wine It was a fabulous afternoon and a fantastic memory for us! Thank you from the Australian’s 🇦🇺

A beautiful boutique hotel. You could sit at the bar and enjoy a drink and tapas. If you are a guest there is a lovely lounge area and a private patio on the first floor. The staff were friendly and many spoke English and between our little Spanish did okay. The rooms were delightful. Had an old English guesthouse feel. Very popular with the locals.

Whilst in Potes for 1 night we stopped at Casa Caya for dinner. Had to wait 30 minutes for a table on a Saturday night which was very good. The 5 of us all found something we liked on the menu, portions were big, more than enough to fill us up. Pudding selection was huge, all were thoroughly enjoyed. Good selection of fine wines too.

We did a 12 day tour of Northern Spain. We had our best meal here. No outdoor terrace but plenty of breeze and view of the gorge. Highly recommend the veal chop to share. In fact order everything to share! Great advice given and excellent English spoken. Grilled vegetables delicious. They make their own wine- Luisia. Very good. We came back a second night.

Always a joy to stay here - excellent staff, who combine highly professional efficiency with smiling friendliness. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms and a lovely restaurant. You will not stay anywhere better in all of Spain.
