Villa Nettuno

WOW! 🤩 It’s hard to describe just how wonderful our experience was staying at the Villa Nettuno. From the moment we arrived Antonio and his brother David made us feel so welcome. The room is lovely, fresh, clean and with the most AMAZING view. The bathroom / shower is a fantastic surprise - I won’t elaborate because you must stay at the Villa to experience it. They have thought of everything. It has the shower facilities that you never knew you needed. We stayed for 6 nights. I highly recommend basing yourself at the Villa Nettuno in Positano for your whole stay on the Amalfi Coast. It is a great and central location to do day trips from and it has some really good beaches to relax. Antonio provided us with recommendations and tips on the things we wanted to do and things we hadn’t thought of doing but did. Also on restaurants and shopping. He never led us astray and one of his recommendations led us to do one of the things we loved the most. We won’t share his tips - you will need to stay at the Villa so that Antonio can share his extensive knowledge of the area with you. We got takeaway a few times so we could eat on our balcony - given it has one of the best views in town we thought “why not”! We would love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Italy in the future.

Don't hesitate to book here!! Fantastic hosts. Antonio is very responsive on what's app and email. He had amazing restaurant suggestions to non touristy spots as well as even boat company for a magical day trip to Capri. The views from the hotel are stunning. We can't wait to go back

I am not someone that writes reviews, but I got my mind set on Villa Nettuno ever since I traveled the Amalfi Coast. It is such a gem in Positano. It is a property with so much character. You can’t ask for a better location. The views from its balconies and windows around the property are breathtaking. Rooms and beds are pretty modern and comfortable. But the best part is the management team that truly makes you feel like home. Antonio is such a sweet heart and really cares about your Amalfi Coast experience. He helps you to get around. His dining recommendations are on point. I am so looking forward to coming back to Villa Nepttuno again. It’s been a week since I came back from my trip and I already miss this place so much. ❤️

Positano is a very special place and this hotel made the experience even that much more special. The host, Antonio, and his family (and dog Shiva!) own this villa and live on the first floor while the guest rooms are all upstairs. It can be difficult to find affordable hotels in Positano, especially during peak season, but Villa Nettuno was able to provide great accommodations without breaking the bank. The rooms have no frills, but are very comfortable and have everything you may need. The views from the balcony were unreal and I truly do not think I will ever stay at another hotel with views this good! The location was perfect. It is located in the upper part of Positano, which was less touristy, but still a quick walk down to the pier and beach. It was within a 5 minute walk of amazing restaurants, Da Vincenzo (make a reservation!), Next2, and Saraceno D'Oro. It was also very close to Casa e Bottega, a cute brunch spot, and Hotel Poseidon, where we got drinks at Il Tridente. While many reviewers commented on the stairs to get to the hotel, this is not a feature unique to this hotel. There are stairs everywhere in Positano- the city is built into a cliff! If you come to Positano, you must be prepared to climb stairs. Antonio is one of the most attentive hosts that I have ever encountered. We started messaging on WhatsApp even before our trip and he sent recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. When our boat trip was canceled, he started doing research and sending me links to alternative options. Antonio is always available in the lobby or very responsive through WhatsApp. He is better than concierges at some of the most high-end hotels! It is clear that Antonio is invested in you making the most of your trip to Positano and leaving with great memories. Villa Nettuno is a hidden gem in Positano and we were so happy with our choice to stay here.

The room had a stunning view of positano! You definitely get what you pay ! The host Antonio and his brother showed us and guided us throughout all our trip and helped us a lot , also provided us information about restaurants and experiences! Would recommend it 100%!! Thank you Antonio!

Our 6th visit to Villa Nettuno & it never disappoints. It’s like a home away from home, now with a resident puppy for the dog lovers. All rooms recently fully renovated with 2 person walk in showers. The view is spectacular & the balcony sets the scene for aperitivo at sunset. Antonio is a attentive host with lots of charm. Can’t wait to go back.
