We had the family room in the villas. Absolutely gorgeous. Great and beautiful place. Beautiful terrace. Very comfortable beds. The only down side is that at breakfast they do not serve their fresh squeezed orange juice. So I ordered it to the room every morning.

The Villa is in a quiet section of Positano with easy access by the local bus. We had a spacious family suite with 2 bedrooms and a private courtyard that looked out over the beautiful views. Stairs are inevitable in Positano but this place is reasonable to the main street. The lovely breakfast buffet is 80 steps up at the Hotel Conca d'Oro. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful with recommendations to get around town.

Avoid this Villa at all cost. No views whatsoever except for fig trees from room 607. The 2 bedroom villa stunk of dust, the wifi reception was poor and the tv lost coverage constantly. The rooms were a 3.5/5 for cleanliness. There is also a far amount of walking to get to the beach and restaurants. The staff at reception were excellent. They promptly attended to our requests for a kettle and air conditioning that wasn’t working properly. The location is very noisy especially around 2.30am when the trash is collected. We paid an exorbitant amount for a 3 day stay when hotels on the beach were a third of the price. Lesson learnt do not book on ***********. Photos are also very deceptive. We wished the accomodation looked liked the photos.

The apartment is okay, but the view that is shown wasn't even close to what we had in the apartment. If you are looking for a view, don't stay here. Only other complaint were the small flies in the residence. The hotel that is associated with the apartments is very nice, especially the restaurant.

the check-in consists of a very kind and professional lady who picks you up at the parking lot and takes you to the room, located in a building otherwise impossible to find because it has no indications. Our room was tiny with no panoramic view, but clean and cozy. The breakfast (quite modest) is in another building, much nicer. Quite convenient in the center, I recommend it for a short stop in Positano
