Wonderful hotel! Very welcoming to us and our dog. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. The location excellent and food great. We foolishly camped.. Dient a night in the freezing cold and went behind for a room in the morning. We were allowed check in that morning, catch up on some much needed sleep and body heat!!

Bellissimo hotel con eccezionale personale, moltissimo accogliente e di modo passionale per proprio lavoro. Claudio e simpaticissimo e Pino un grande cameriere siamo rimasti soprattutto sorpresi come sono di famiglia. Sicuro ci tornata amo. Cigliegia sulla torta era il massaggio di Renata. Wie immer wieder gerne kommen wir ins Croce Bianca. Hier fühlen wir uns schon wie zu Hause! Zimmer, Essen alles perfekt. Saisonale und regionale Produkte werden in der Küche verwendet. Die Angestellten im Service sind schon langjährige Mitarbeiter, immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben eine Pauschalwoche Schneeschuh laufen gebucht. Gutes Preis / Leistungs-Angebot.

Äusserst freundliches Hotel, in das ich zum 3. Mal gekommen bin. Auf den 1. Blick könnte man meinen, die Passstrasse würde stören, aber das macht sie keineswegs, weil die Zimmer gegen hinten versetzt sind. Die Zimmer sind auf praktische Weise schlicht und baulich von sehr guter Qualität. Die Türen zum Gang sind wunderbar isoliert. Die Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ist wohltuend. Das Puschlav ist nichts zum Herumsitzen, man muss es sich erwandern, dabei ist eine Wanderapp von Vorteil.

Un magnifique séjour dans ce charmant hôtel au cœur de Poschiavo. Le personnel est d’une amabilité et d’une gentillesse sans égal. Le restaurant est magnifique et j’y ai extrêmement bien mangé. Je vous conseille de faire un tour dans leur petit mais sublime spa. Le parking gratuit est à 50 mètres de l’entrée de l’hôtel. Je reviendrai à n’en pas douter dans cet établissement lors de mon prochain passage. Merci !
