We visited Haikko with my spouse for two nights. The stay was nice and relaxing, and the staff was friendly. The interior of the spa hotel wasn't the most stylish ever, but we didn't mind that really. The spa itself was relaxing as there weren't too many people, and the manor (where the restaurant was) was nice as well. Breakfast was ok, and the four-meal dinner we had was very good with excellent service. All in all a very nice stay.

Good location, in centre of Porvoo. Polite and helpful customer service, but not wearing masks properly all the time. Room was messy, towels were dirty or maybe there was stains, that didn't go away in washingmachine. Breakfast was really good.

We stayed for one night in this nice hotel. Everything was new and super clean. Nice beds. If you want breakfast, they will deliver that in to your room (there is fridge and coffee machine+tea kettle), sandwich, youghurt, croissant,juice, fruits... We stayed there at the wine festival time and couldn't get a taxi, so the owner was nice and drove us to the centre!!! Hotel is situated on a very peaceful area, no noice, so you get a good night sleep. During the summer time the rooms are quite hot, but there are fans in the rooms
