GGuest UserTerrible customer service! Charge me twice. I had booked and prepaid this hotel via trip.com. When I checked in, I told hotel that we had prepaid. After few days later, I found out that I got charged room by hotel again. I called hotel twice, they said that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked to talk to the hotel manager. They told me that I can leave voice mail on her phone! What’s the customer service??? A week later. No one call me back and no refund. Still waiting for hotel contact me
after 5 days of dispute of billing.
Will never stay there!!

LLIThe room is large, the bed is more comfortable, the sound insulation of the room is not good, and the neighbors are not finished until 2 o'clock at night. Hygiene can be, the water surface of the swimming pool seems to have a layer of oil, the child is scared to not dare to swim.
