They didn’t tell us that the pool and the hot tub wasn’t working until after we booked, the room had a bad smell, the toilet wasn’t flushing good

The pool was out of service. Nothing on the website stated that the pool and hot tub were under construction. After driving for 10 hrs the kids and myself we looking forward to relaxin in the pool and hot tub. The two attendants and the desk were very helpful and accommodating.

The pool was under renovations. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great place when visiting in the area. Breakfast was.also good.

We checked in and unfortunately was told the pool and hot tub were closed. We didn’t want to spend time researching an area hotel so the kids were extremely disappointed. Rooms were speacious, beds comfortable, and common areas were clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was just ok.

This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. The floors were really nasty. It felt like the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. It was sticky moist carpet, the bedding the same. The breakfast was inedible. Luckily there was a nice to place to grab coffee and a yummy breakfast near by. A two minute walk called Mama Anna. This hotel will not be a repeat.
