Hotel has NOT AC ,just lake cooling system which brings temperature down by few C . The area is under excessive heat warning. Hotel reservation office has rules geared to profit e.g. not towards guest well being. Cancelled. Check other hotels and flats in the are with real AC !

Hotel very outdated. Dirty carpet, rude valet, bloodstain on sheets, room smelled like smoke. Had to keep door open to have any cool air but that meant noises all night. Worst hotel on our trip. Parking a mess there and far away. We skipped breakfast just to get out of there.

This is a beautiful place to relax. Swam every day for miles in the lake. Warm, blue water and very safe. The hotel is wonderful too. Caring, friendly staff. Excellent food. And the most fantastic spa treatments. The cleaners came every day and I have never stayed in such a clean hotel room. Amazing stay.

This is a superb hotel directly on the beautiful Worthsee. The accommodations and food are excellent. The views of the lake and mountains are magnificent. The staff is very nice and they have excellent childrens activities. The swimming is excellent.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden - beginnend bei der Reception über die Raumpflegerinnen der Zimmer bis hin zum Service - ist unübertrefflich. Das Zimmer mit unglaublicher Seesicht war schön, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hier sollte man auch unbedingt die Halbpension mitbuchen, das Essen ist variantenreich und köstlich. Ein perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!

Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock hatte eine gute Grösse, war sehr sauber und verfügte über ein modern eingerichtetes Bad. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick liess nichts zu wünschen übrig - tolles Essen und speziell freundlicher, angenehmer und aufmerksamer Service. Das Frühstücksbüffet war der absolute Hit. Es passt alles. eine Riesenauswahl an unterschiedlichen Köstlichkeiten.

Bell’hotel con architettura a metà tra il moderno ed il ‘900. Staff carino, belle camere, rapporto qualità prezzo buono, molto bene la zona wellness (saune e bagno turco), grande piscina interna non caldissima, ottimo bar e cocktail, ma cucina non speciale.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier, und waren sehr zufrieden. Ich war das erste Mal sehr skeptisch, weil ich Hotels in dieser Grösse nicht unbedingt bevorzuge! Aber es machte trotz guter Buchung keineswegs einen hektischen Eindruck! Abendessen und Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre - wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der nicht unbedingt gewünschte Spannteppich hat gut gereinigt ausgesehen. Zimmer und Spa Bereich sehr sauber!

Unser neues Lieblingshotel am Wörthersee! Es war wirklich toll, alle die hier eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben - absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Netter Empfang an der Rezeption, unser Kind bekam gleich ein Willkommensgeschenk, Zimmer war zwar noch nicht fertig, holten uns in der Zwischenzeit etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken im schönen Strandrestaurant. Zimmeraussicht grandios, Größe des Zimmers vollkommen ausreichend, Frühstück und Abendessen mehr wie reichlich und wirklich ausgezeichnet. Es gab zwei Essenszeiten, 18 Uhr eher für Familien da mit Kinderbuffet, oder 20 Uhr. Strand/Liegen einfach toll, vor allem da man reservierte Liegen hatte. Spielplatz und Sandkiste für Kinder vorhanden, Kinderbetreuung haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf!!
