Cristallo Park Hotel

생각보다 방이 작아서 아쉬웠지만 청결하고 친절했습니다!! 다만 위치가 도심 꼭대기에 잇고 일방통행 길의 초입에 있어서 관광지까지는 걸어가기에 다소 거리가 있습니다. 전용 주차장이있어 주차가 편리하고, 수영장도 센스있게 지어져 있지만 다른 사람이 있으면 좀 민망할 구조입니다...(사진참조)

Pleasant stay. Professional and friendly welcome from the staff. Idyllic location with a view of the sea. Some minor flaws in the finishes. Small downside, there is a lack of better signage on the road. Good reference overall

New hotel, excellent location on Portovenere, a beautiful village/town but forgotten for too many years... the hotel is very well furnished, especially in the common areas, spacious but bare rooms, excellent mattress and excellent cleanliness. The hotel opened in the summer last but it already seems dated, it has a lot of potential but it absolutely needs to improve, there are too many maintenance works to do, as it already has problems with infiltration and humidity, our room was immediately changed, it had mold problems. Problems also with the heating in the room, partially resolved. It has free parking which is essential for Portovenere... there is the possibility of half board, fortunately the restaurant and bar are excellent, the chef and the girl who makes professional cocktails. breakfast is poor, monotonous, not 4 star, don't pay attention to food intolerances. All the staff are friendly and helpful. in general, I was in the low season, I could say that I had a good time, above all I had a very good dinner at the restaurant, but the price was too high, in February it's not good, I can say that it didn't good value for money.

Abbiamo passato qua solo una notte, vista stupenda camera molto bella, ottimo anche il ristorante di livello e con prezzi più che corretti per quello che abbiamo mangiato, il servizio un po lento. Colazione varia, ma mi aspettavo una qualità migliore da un 4 stelle

Hotel con vista spettacolare e terrazza per la bella stagione,camere molto pulite e balcone con vista mare,parcheggio comodo mentre per scendere in paese gradini o prendere auto ,in estate pare ci sia navetta,personale giovane,gentile e professionale,non ho provato ristorante mentre la colazione non all’altezza di hotel 4 stelle e mal organizzata ,le camere spaziose ma purtroppo ho notato scrivania con ripiano graffiato e per la categoria e prezzo questo non va bene!armadio molto minimale,no cassetti,no ante ma tenda decisamente da bocciare!
