The staff, service, reception and cleaning are very courteous and friendly.
We only had breakfast, which was very good, a large selection and always well stocked.
The room was relatively new, with very well-adjusted air conditioning.
The pool is very large, despite the large number of bathers there was never a crowd, and there were also enough loungers and umbrellas, which
are included in the price. Access to the sea is right behind it with an easy-to-access staircase.
We were very satisfied and will come back!

It was a great weekend at this hotel. The room was a bit outdated and simple in style but it was clean and cozy. The dining hall is modern and elegant. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty. There is an outdoor pool attached to the hotel and it has a pleasant temperature and it is great for both adults and children. Parking wasn't easy.

Really nice hotel, amazing food. Free entrance to pool with sun loungers and parasols. Nice children playground. Bus stop right before hotel.

The waiters are rude. There is no fridge in the room. Parking costs 20 EUR per day. The outdoor pool, which is heavily advertised by the hotel, is not even open in early June. Dinner does not include water, so you have to pay 2.5 EUR for it, and then wait around 20 minutes to get it because there are only 3 waiters serving a large crowd. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

very bad experience. we were with a five-month-old baby and the temperature in the room was 25.5 C and when we turned on the air conditioning, it heated instead of cooled. the pool water was too cold, so we couldn't be in there with the baby for more than five minutes. the room was directly above the kitchen, so it was noisy during the day and late at night, loud employees, noisy fan. bad signal on the TV. the biggest disappointment was the parking. we didn't get a hotel parking card, so instead of 10 euros per day we had to pay 20 for parking! they probably don't see us here anymore.

Definitively a beach hotel. The hotel has got the Metropol Beach Club with an huge pool filled with sea salt water about 100 meters from the hotel. In the beach club the sunbeds + umbrellas are free of charge. Beachtowel can you bring from your room. Also the concrete beach nearby, behind the beach club. The breakfast + dinner is great too. I recommend this hotel.
