I was so surprised by this hotel. I thought it was a simple 3 star hotel, but I have never seen one with a huge breakfast, a spa and a massage room. The rooms were clean with a little balcony. The bathroom was also very pleasant. We enjoyed the privative spa. My best experience in Italy.

The hotel is very close to the pier. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative, was that the room we had was quite small, but it worked fine. Would stay again!

This would have been a really amazing experience - the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were absolutely incredible. However, our aircon did not work for the first night we stayed, which meant we had to sleep in a really hot room - and did not sleep at all. The reception staff were not very helpful with this and even joked that we should play cards with them if we weren't able to sleep. They then mentioned to us that it was due to the fact that two rooms' aircons were linked and that the other room had turned off the main switch - if this is the case, they should definitely have signs by the switches saying "do not touch". The second night had the same problem but the man at reception was able to phone the room next to us and ask them to turn the switch back off. This is clearly a known problem. We asked one of the cleaning staff for beach towels and the lady at reception shouted at her in front of us because apparently they only give out beach towels if you pay for one of their transfers to the beach... We were happy to pay but she did not have to shout at anyone. Upon checking out, we were not offered any compensation whatsoever. After asking them; they eventually gave us 10% off the one room - despite the fact that we were not able to sleep at all and the huge inconvenience this had on our holiday. The lady at reception (who we later found out was the owners daughter) was the rudest lady I have ever come across and has no concept of customer service or keeping her guests happy. The fact that we even had to request some sort of compensation was appalling. It is such a shame as we would have had an amazing time (the rest of the staff mad up for it) but her attitude and service has left a sour taste in our mouths and left us very upset.

Beautiful and cozy. The receptionists are extremely friendly, making you feel like you are receiving hospitality from family. Additionally, the breakfast spread offers a great variety of options to choose from. Great location, just a 8-10 walk from the train station.

We had a very lovely room facing the street with two balconies. At night it gets very quiet and they have electric shutter which you can close. Walking distance down the hill from the train station. We are lazy and over packers, so will be taking a cab back up the hill. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Only complaint would be no instant coffee in the room. Plenty of tea and a nice kettle. They also have mini frig in the room. The breakfast is big and something for everyone. The lobby is very pretty, welcoming and a nice place to have a drink. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Could not ask for anything better.
