An old structure with a very nice pool (where I've never been). We choose an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children thinking that a small kitchen would have been useful for our stay. Unfortunately the kitchen was useless given its minuscule size (fitted inside a wardrobe!) and we used only the refrigerator. Rooms are decent but would benefit from a refurbish. Cleaning is NOT included in the price but bath towels are changed every three days. Please note that you'll need a car anytime since the road where the hotel is located it's NOT usable otherwise.

Camere spaziose, ma bagno un po' piccolo; sarebbe, inoltre, più agevole se fosse presente un ulteriore porta salviette (in quanto averle tutte posizionate su uno solo ne rende più difficile l'utilizzo) e un porta saponetta. Nonostante non ci sia possibilità di avere la lunch box, se si rimane nelle vicinanze dell'hotel il pranzo al bar con piatti freddi può essere una buona alternativa (il riso freddo con pesce e verdure era ottimo!). Personale nel complesso gentile e disponibile. A cena piatti buoni e abbondanti soprattutto i primi...sui secondi consiglierei meno condimento. Colazione discreta poiché non guasterebbe maggiore varietà di scelta sulla tipologia dolce.

Serve l’auto per fare tutto ma la posizione è strategica per visitare l’isola. Camera spaziosa e hotel confortevole, buoni i letti e la stanza.Ampia piscina. Colazione un po’ risicata. Parcheggio molto comodo e vicino alle camere. Personale non sempre adeguato

Soggiorno per lavoro con collega. Settimana dal 4 al 7 giugno abbiamo alloggiato in una camera al piano terreno: pulizia scarsa anche se gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, le lenzuola non sono state mai cambiate e lo sporco trovato all inizio in camera e in bagno è rimasto sempre sl suo posto. Visitata da uno scarafaggio. La colazione deludente: poca varietà, due torte confezionate, un unico tipo di virnetto vuoto e soprattutto pane immangiabile, riscaldato stantio duro abbastanza per giocare a tennis.

Residence un po' lontano dal centro non segnalato di notte , le ragazze della sala pranzo gentili e carine , il ragazxo della reception pure . Ci sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia drlla camera e cambiare il materasso perche' rotto e mettere una mensolina porta sapone in doccia

Già da me recensito in passato,già soggiornato più volte.Stavolta(peccato!) una notte sola.Per motivi contingenti,invece del residence abbiamo dovuto scegliere l'hotel,ma non siamo pentiti:bella camera,con piccolo angolo cottura(di cui però non abbiam usufruito,preferendo la mezza pensione in hotel.)Giardini curatissimi,Camera fronte piscina,pulitissima, spaziosa,nei toni di azzurro e giallo.Ottima la cena nella terrazza coperta,e così la colazione al mattino seguente,ben fornita,massima cortesia delle operatrici.Grande professionalità della receptionist Carmen,sempre disponibile,che ringrazio ancora per il passaggio verso Portoferraio,in quanto non avevamo nessun mezzo.Promosso,come al solito.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane ad agosto,la location molto carina,buona posizione,le camere abbastanza spaziose,discretamente pulite,la piscina olimpionica,molto bella e servita. La colazione pessima: poca scelta,ripetitiva,nessun prodotto fresco,le torte confezionate,le brioches surgelate,nessun tipo di biscotti,non esiste un tostapane e spesso avanzi dei dolci della sera precedente. Il personale addetto alle colazioni,scortese e frettoloso(durante una mattinata di diluvio,ci ha pregato di uscire dalla sala perché terminato il servizio colazioni,lui doveva preparare i tavoli per la cena). Rapporto qualità prezzo per pernottamento e prima colazione eccessivo.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere la maggior parte delle spiagge consigliate all’isola d’Elba. Abbiamo preso un monolocale da 28 m2. Pecche: non avevamo un tavolo interno su cui mangiare (solo un tavolino sul balcone), lampada del comodino rotta, letto matrimoniale formato da due singoli che continuavano a staccarsi, ante della doccia che non si chiudevano completamente. Personale (reception) non troppo cortese.
