Paid as REGULAR CUSTOMER 4000€ for 4 months. Oct 2023 to Jan 2024. If I knew the real condition of the residence, I probably 'd have booked the staying somewhere else. DO NOT trust the pictures on the medias, they are just a bunch of old inventory stuff... There is no control, no maintenance, no care about the place, etc.. For your safety and wellbeing, STAY AWAY from this place! Ciao.

We were at appartment 10 at Elba Golf and we loved everything.The view was amazing and the lady at reception Paloma was fantastic,so professional, she helped us with everything we needed and gave us all the information to reach places we wanted to go. Thanks again. From Ruzhen Castro

Appartamenti moderni ,dotati di cucina e tutti con terrazza attrezzata vista mare ( da lontano) in luogo tranquillo ,circondato dal verde e sui campi da golf. Visitata in Dicembre per fare trekking sui bellissimi sentieri dell'isola, la posizione è molto adatta a raggiungere con comodità molti luoghi interessanti e vicina a Portoferraio dove non manca niente di ciò che può servire.

Il posto è in una posizione molto bella peccato la mancanza della manutenzione: erba alta e secca che rovinava la vista dai terrazzi oppure nella mia cucina mancava un mobile..come se avessero tolto la lavastoviglie (di cui hanno lasciato i pezzi di ricambio..grazie!) senza porsi il pb della sostituzione con altro. Personale gentile ma quando ho informato la reception non è stato fatto o detto nulla a tal proposito. In bagno mancava il tappo del lavandino e le stoviglie erano contate per il nr di persone previste. Per finire, era rimasto uno shampoo dell'ospite precedente e del pongo rosa in cucina..dava un tocco di colore al nostro arrivo! Peccato sarebbe molto carino se mantenuto bene.

Ottima posizione, appartamento pulitissimo, vista molto bella e personale accogliente. Luogo molto tranquillo perfetto per soggiorno con amici e/o famiglia. La struttura ha in dotazione anche una piscina molto carina con bar adiacente.

Incredibile la maleducazione del Direttore della struttura nel rispondere ad una richiesta di informazioni per risolvere un problema logistico (mancanza di taxi disponibili). Si è presentato in uno stato psicofisico evidentemente alterato e invece di aiutarci a provare a risolvere il problema ha iniziato ad inveire sbattendo la portiera dell’auto e gridando che dopo una giornata di lavoro non poteva perdere tempo con i clienti. Peccato perché il resto dello staff si è dimostrato professionale e gentile.

Posto molto bello e struttura all'altezza. Si possono raggiungere i paesi e le spiagge in pochi minuti di auto, personale squisito. Un grazie a Gilberto, Mattia, Fabiana, Sara, Matteo e Monica. Posto molto strategico con appartamenti funzionali, puliti e con una bella vista. Il team dei ragazzi è super nell’accoglienza, nella simpatia e nella disponibilità a risolvere ogni problema.
