ATTENTION ARNAQUE l’hôtel n’existe plus malgré les panneaux et tous les sites indiquant sa présence aujourd’hui… N’acceptez aucun contact de la part de l’hôtel et attention l’office de tourisme peut tout de même les conseiller donc restez vigilants…

!!!!!!!!!!! ATTENTION ARNAQUE !!!!!!!!!!!! Cette hôtel n’existe plus. Nous avions réservé pour 1 semaine de vacances en juillet. À notre arrivée, nous sommes allés directement à l’hôtel, ce dernier est abandonné et délabré. Cette hôtel nous avait été conseillé par l’office du tourisme… Nous étions une quinzaine, voilà donc plusieurs milliers d’euros que nous ne reverrons sans doute jamais

Resumo do abaixo exposto: paguei e o hotel estava fechado na data da reserva. Em 24/10/2023, solicitamos uma reserva para o período de 15 a 18 de maio de 2024 (quase 7 meses antes). Para que ela fosse concretizada, a Diretora Geral, Sra. Tidiane Camara solicitou um adiantamento de 75% do valor total. Pagamos 457 Euros em 14/11/2023. Tivemos nossa reserva confirmada no dia 17/11/2023 (Confirmation de reservation n. 3470). No dia 25 de abril de 2024 ( menos de um mes de nosso check-in), recebemos um e-mail da Sra. Tidiane informando que, devido ao atraso nas obras de melhoramentos (técnicos e embelezamento) que estavam sendo feita no Hotel Isulella, não seria possível nos "receber". No mesmo e-mail, referida Diretora nos deu as seguintes opções: transferir nossa reserva para um hotel parceiro perto do Insulella (na verdade, ficava a 85KM de distancia e do outro lado da ilha da Córsega) ou ter a quantia já paga devolvida. Optamos por ter o reembolso dos 457 Euros e passei todos os dados bancários para tal. Esse e-mail foi enviado dia 25 de abril de 2024. DESDE ENTÃO, nunca mais tivemos retorno da Sra. Tidiane Camara, Diretora Geral do Hotel Isulella, apesar dos inúmeros e-mails posteriormente enviados. Importa ressaltar que nem por telefone (do hotel e da Sra. Tidiane) tivemos sucesso. Como todo o roteiro da viagem já estava fechado, fomos obrigados a reservar e pagar outro hotel em Porto Vecchio. Chegando na Córsega, resolvemos ir até o endereço do Hotel Isulella. Para nossa surpresa, não havia reforma alguma. De acordo com informações obtidas por um morador local, 0 HOTEL ESTAVA FECHADO ESTAVA FECHADO DEFINITIVAMENTE porque quebrou!! Agora pergunto: como reaver o dinheiro pago? Então, fiquem espertos!. TripAdviser, será bom anotar que o hotel está fechado.

Le paradis existe nous l’avons enfin trouvé,une équipe extraordinaire,très attentionnée,à l’écoute ,un restaurant surprenant de part sa créativité,la qualité des produits et leurs mises en valeur .les chambres très spacieuses avec un niveau de confort et une vue magnifique.

4 étoiles sur le déclin, les photos de la plage sont trompeuses mal entretenue aucun client ne l'utilise, prix des boissons exorbitant, pas de lumière sur le parking, assiettes du petit déjeuner ébréchées, serviettes de la salle de bains effilochées....Un conseil passez votre chemin afin d'éviter des déconvenues !!!

Tout était parfait que ce soit la chambre qui était impeccable très propre. Les repas étaient très bons et originaux et copieux. Les cocktails étaient également top tous les jours un autre cocktail et une carte bien fournie. L'équipe était également super, à l'écoute et très sympathique. L'hôtel en lui-même est très bien conçu.
