We had a great experience, nice place, family atmosphere. Simple but delicious breakfast and well served. All service providers there are super friendly, a highlight for Soares and Vanessa who have always served us very well. The food is delicious! The hotel is super flexible, our flight was at 5pm and they allowed us to stay in the room until 3pm, which allowed us to make the most of it until the last minute, showing that they are empathetic towards guests' personal issues. Ahhh, I couldn't forget to talk about the beach, which is practically the hotel's backyard, wonderful, warm water, has a coral barrier in front and at low tide it practically turns into a large saltwater pool. We will come back for sure!!!!

We spent super pleasant days in the paradise that is the Aquarela Hotel, during Carnival. The hotel is super nice, clean and well maintained. It is opposite the ferry, which makes arriving and leaving Arraial d'Ajuda easy. The hotel's beach is very good and the day starts well, having breakfast listening to the sea waves and the beautiful view. The staff is great, everyone is polite and very good-natured. The hotel has private parking. And the bus stop that goes to the center of Arraial and the most popular beaches is right in front, which makes it much easier for those who don't go by car. Breakfast was well served, even on days when the hotel was at maximum capacity. When an item ran out, it only took a few minutes for it to be replaced. Tapioca every day. It's a great option for those who want to rest and enjoy Arraial D'Ajuda.
