The hotel rooms are absolutely basic and really old. We had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working but the staff was friendly at this point. In my opinion the hotel needs a complete renovation in all aspects. The breakfast starts at 7:30 and it ends at 10:30 but quality of food could be better. The pool is ok and the location is good point to be considered because we could take vans to go downtown all the time.

Bad experience! Nothing in the room works properly and every day there was a super noisy construction site in the hotel. I requested a room change and was completely ignored. Super noisy air conditioning, shower didn't work properly, TV turned off every minute and the construction site was extremely noisy.

We closed the package at CVC and were informed that the hotel was simple, simple ok but bad infrastructure is something totally different. First of all, the room smells like mold, bad bed, the bathroom mirror can't be seen (it was changed at the end of the stay) Breakfast with a good option but the smell of mold is very strong (very much so) The service and the pool area are good.

My husband and I stayed in apartment 11 and from the first day our bathroom got wet/flooded when we took a shower. Water was leaking through the shower. We complained to Wilson, the manager, he said that maintenance would apply silicone to the shower, but it didn't help, it continued to leak a lot of water. We asked to change rooms but they only did so on our last night at the hotel. Other than that, there is no hairdryer in the rooms, they rent it for 5.00 per 30 minutes of use. I tried to negotiate to reduce the cost of hairdryer and beach towel rentals due to the bathroom inconvenience, but they said it was not possible. Other than that, apartment 11 had a strong musty smell, the bathroom had a very bad smell. The best thing was the breakfast, but even so, it was quite average, nothing extraordinary.
