Ótimo atendimento. Grande variedade no café da manhã. Localização excelente. Piscinas de água quentinha.
Só que as toalhas de banho nem sempre estavam disponíveis e tínhamos que pedir na recepção.
De duas a três vezes, corria um blackout, pelo menos no nosso apartamento. Nada que prejudicasse, pois logo a energia voltava. Mas para nossa filha autista, esses blackouts eram um grande problema, porque ela tem muito medo.
Talvez o hotel pudesse orientar ou investir em uma infraestrutura melhor para o pessal que volta da praia e usa as piscinas. Muitos não passavam por um banho para tirar a areia e, com isso, as piscinas do hotel acabavam pagando o preço. Na parte da manhã estavam sempre limpinhas, mas ao final do dia, tinha muita sujeira, principalmente de areia, acumulada no fundo.

Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back for sure, but would not buy half board included.

Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

Atedimento muito bom, hotel bem organizado e amplo, café da manhã com muita variedades e tem uma baiana que prepara tapiocas, omelete, ovos fritos... A camareira Maiane cuidou do nosso quarto, foi muito atenciosa e manteve tudo bem limpo e organizado. A gerente Mirabel super atenciosa com clientes e colaboradores, que são muito prestativos. É a terceia vez que hospedo nele, super recomendo.

Hotel simplesmente maravilhoso, ótima estrutura, perfeito pra quem vai com crianças, tem recreadores, as crianças brincam o dia inteiro e os pais podem descansar haha. As piscinas são muito boas, tem duas hidros na área externa, o restaurante é muito bom e com muita variedade, o bar da piscina tem pratos a la cartes, lanches, e porções, além de drinks deliciosos e lindos para fotos. A brinquedoteca é mega completa, uma das melhores que já vi em hotéis, e adorei o fato da mesa de sinuca ser no bar ao invés de no salão de jogos, tem uma sala de TV bem grande e que foi muito utilizada, assistimos ao jogo do mundial lá e lotou, foi muito divertido. Os quartos são ótimos, e bem espaçoso, e tem hidro no quarto que ficamos. Com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes, indico muito.

Pegamos época de chuva e muito vento e achei horrível ter apenas 2 hidromassagem aquecidas no hotel sendo que tem diversas piscinas e todas poderiam ser aquecidas pois o hotel é imenso com muitos hóspedes aí fica aquele monte de gente para aquelas duas piscinas pequena. O café da manhã também não gostei não tinha variedades de comida, todo dia a mesma coisa no café, nem um dos dias tinha bacon, café e chocolate eram só de máquina outra coisa que não gostei, pois minha filha só toma leite com chocolate gelado e não tinha o chocolate em pó para colocar no leite gelado, só tinha o chocolate da máquina. Um elogio é o espaço kids muito bom e a piscina para crianças e tem monitores com muita brincadeira todos os dias a coisa ruim também da piscina infantil é que era gelada também não aquecia.
