Ótimo atendimento. Grande variedade no café da manhã. Localização excelente. Piscinas de água quentinha.
Só que as toalhas de banho nem sempre estavam disponíveis e tínhamos que pedir na recepção.
De duas a três vezes, corria um blackout, pelo menos no nosso apartamento. Nada que prejudicasse, pois logo a energia voltava. Mas para nossa filha autista, esses blackouts eram um grande problema, porque ela tem muito medo.
Talvez o hotel pudesse orientar ou investir em uma infraestrutura melhor para o pessal que volta da praia e usa as piscinas. Muitos não passavam por um banho para tirar a areia e, com isso, as piscinas do hotel acabavam pagando o preço. Na parte da manhã estavam sempre limpinhas, mas ao final do dia, tinha muita sujeira, principalmente de areia, acumulada no fundo.

Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back for sure, but would not buy half board included.

Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

A primeira vez que fui nesse hotel há 13 anos (lua de mel) era menor, no entanto já era muito bom. Agora cresceu e evoluiu ainda mais. Está enorme, várias piscinas, o restaurante aconchegante e espaçoso... comida de qualidade, localização invejável... nem tenho o que dizer da recepção... estão de parabéns.

Hotel Bom A localização do hotel é excelente, os restaurantes em volta são sensacionais, café da manha do hotel muito bom, jantar deixa um pouco a desejar e a demora na reposição incomoda um pouco. A recreação não é boa, os principais brinquedos da area kids precisa de um monitor para ligar e a maioria do tempo eles não estão lá. Minha experiencia desse hotel não foi das melhores, no dia 07/10 teve excursão escolar no hotel onde tomaram conta das piscinas dos hospedes e estava impossível de ficar no hotel nesse dia, eles não tem cardapio kids, muitos dias dos jantares tivemos que procurar comida fora do hotel, a limpeza das piscinas é ruim, principalmente as hidros quentes, o bar molhado não funciona. A hidromassagem do quarto também impossível de ser utilizada pois do cheiro forte de esgoto saia dos tubos de pressão.
