Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

Estadia maravilhosa, nada a reclamar. Os atendentes e recepcionistas são prestativos e simpáticos, as camareiras são excelentes, limpam os quartos todos os dias. Café da manhã muito bom e com várias opções, inclusive tapioca feita na hora. Para as crianças, tem recreação todos os dias na área da piscina infantil. Em alguns dias, tem musica ao vivo na area da piscina.

Todos os funcionários muito solícitos e educados , sempre prontos a bem atender . O quarto sempre limpo, café da manhã e jantar com muita variedade de alimentos e bebidas . A piscina bem limpa , a hidromassagem ao lado das piscinas muito boa também . De modo geral é uma excelente escolha , pois está perto do centro histórico de Porto Seguro e dos restaurantes .

Hotel não é 4 estrelas nem aqui nem na China!!!!! Quartos razoáveis, café da manhã num local meio nojento, com passarinhos entrando pra pegar comida do chão. Ilhas de comidas repletas de opções de frutas, pães e doces, mas passa a sensação de ser um local sem higiene. Muito mosquito por cima. Mesas pegajosas, grudando os punhos na hora de comer. Não foi uma experiência como esperávamos. A piscina é bonita, mas a hidromassagem muito suja, não recomendo. Atendimento de funcionários prestativos, respeitosos e atenciosos.

Encantada com o hotel! Recepcionistas muito atenciosos e prestativos, todos os funcionários sempre prontos a nos atender, inclusive a carregar nossas malas, além de um restaurante temático com comidas excelentes (tapioca perfeita!). Ambiente ideal para família com crianças, com um mini parque aquático e recreacionistas bem animados! E não posso deixar de elogiar o serviço de limpeza, no geral e, no nosso caso, foi a funcionária Milly quem cuidou de nosso quarto com muita limpeza e carinho em toda arrumação, durante o período de nossa estadia! Parabéns a toda equipe!
