Sono stato per 10 gg in questa struttura e mi sono trovato bene in un mini appartamento con ampia entrata , terrazzo , una camera con tre letti , bagno , piccola cucina . Ambiente spartano . Buona pulizia giornaliera con cambio delle lenzuola e ascugamani ogni tre giorni . Buona la colazione . buono il personale con cui ho interagito . La struttura ha un parcheggio chiuso e custodito 24/24 , è a pochi chilometri dal centro di Porto Seguro e a 200 mt dalla spiggia con numerose Cabane ben organizzate . Aspetti un po negativi : condizionatore un pò rumoroso , wifi presente solo vicino alla reception , la televisone riceve solo 2/3 canali . Nel complesso un buon rapporto costo/beneficio . Per gli spostamenti i taxi non mancano tuttavia consiglio di avere una macchina .

Sou avaliador e meu objetivo é colaborar. Como o nome já diz: "Flat" unidades individuais. Em frente a Praia Taperapuã, ponto muito bom. O Café da manhã muito bom, porém faço uma crítica construtiva para o sucesso do hotel: o espaço para o café é muito pequeno, o proprietário precisar estudar uma forma de ampliar o espaço. Observei algumas famílias fazendo fila na recepção aguardando outras famílias liberarem a mesa e como o café não se toma em 5 minutos, o que deveria ser agradável, torna-se estressante. A TV não tinha controle remoto e só pegava um canal fechado. A geladeira estava com cheiro insuportável (possivelmente alguém deixou alguma coisa la e apodreceu), após lavarmos a gaveta, o cheiro saiu. Quanto a cama, quando forem montar uma cama de casal utilizando dois colchões de solteiros, ambos devem ser iguais e não diferentes, porque senão, imaginem: um colchão mole e outro duro, não vai dar certo.

Hotel péssimo. Sujo, encardido. Chegamos na hospedagem tinha aranha em cima da cama, ar condicionado não funcionava. Fomos realocados para outro quarto, sujo e encardido também, barata no banheiro, geladeira fedida. Tinha cílios de outra pessoa colado na parede do banheiro. O café da manhã então… péssimo! Tudo descoberto, com moscas em cima 🤢 Não recomendo nem para passar uma noite!
