The posada is very beautiful, rustic but charming. We stayed in a room in front of the ocean and it was really amazing. The restaurant is excellent, the beachfront just perfect and the personnel very amiable, with a special mention for Anna Laura who is very helpful. I also especially recommend Fernanda’s massages. I cannot give it a five star review for two reasons: first the repeated problems with our shower, I had to call reception every day because no water came from our shower, or it came out without pressure and even once I was left with no water in the middle of a shower. Evidently, it is a problem they already know because apparently they turn on an engine and the water starts to flow. This really dampened our experience… Secondly, the pool and restaurant toilet was not cleaned during one day and it was messy. All the same, the rest of the experience was so amazing that I still give it a 4 star review.

We were in Trancoso for a wedding; however, we booked a place away from where the wedding party stayed to enjoy our time alone. While we only got to visit the beach one morning due to inclement weather, the boutique resort was awesome. The food was spectacular, both at breakfast and dinner. The service is attentive and the kindness was superb. I cannot rave enough about the place, from the arranged BPS airport transfers to the waiting cabs when needed. We took advantage of everything. They arranged quite possibly the best massages we've ever had. When we wanted to eat an immature coconut, they accommodated us. The place is quiet.

El Gaia Hotel está ubicado en una linda playa más no la mejor de Trancoso. La habitación fue lo mejor! Exacto como las fotos y publicidad. Cama excepcional y aunque tenía piscina, en invierno no es posible de usar. Me hubiese gustado darle 5 puntos porque el servicio de recepción de Ana, de cuartos es excepcional y con el WhatsApp te tratan como rey. El servicio del restaurante y bar malo, los chicos lo hacen con desgano y la comida, desayuno sin pena ni gloria. Pedimos unas ensaladas a la habitación y la verdad no se esmeraron mucho. No hay cena después de las 18, te obligan a cenar en el restaurante del hotel de al lado que es muy bueno. La verdad tenía muchas más expectativas.

Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos, cama e banho deliciosos! Tivemos um upgrade em nosso quarto, que foi uma surpresa maravilhosa! Dajuda, Amanda e Felipe nos atenderam com todo o carinho e hospitalidade! Café da manhã delicioso, com muita variedade e qualidade! Escolhi este lugar para passar meu aniversário e foi a melhor experiência que eu poderia ter!

Adoramos nossa estadia no Gaia Hotel Boutique. Está localizado a aproximandamente 8 minutos de carro do quadrado em Trancoso. A comida é deliciosa e a equipe é extremamente prestativa e amável. Está localizado em uma praia muito bonita que permite caminhadas com lindas paisagens ao redor. A distância permite caminhar até o quadrado a pé pela praia, para quem gosta de andar mais. O quarto em que ficamos é muito espaçoso, moderno, bem decorado, ótimo ar condicionado e privacidade.

O hotel cumpre o que oferece. O quarto é bem grande e espaçoso, cama confortável. As toalhas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade para o nível do hotel. O serviço também poderia ter um melhor treinamento, a fim de proporcionar uma melhor experiência do hóspede. Café da manhã ok, mas nada excepcional. De carro é bem tranquilo para ir ao Quadrado. A praia em frente é mais tranquila de pessoas, se você gosta de calmaria é ideal. A piscina não é muito convidativa pelo fundo escuro, mas estava limpinha, tudo certo.

O hotel é pequeno e charmoso, possui apenas 08 acomodações, todas com piscina privativa. Local intimista e aconchegante. Uma vista deslumbrante, atendimento impecável. Acomodações amplas, limpas e confortáveis. Comida excelente, café proporcional a quantidade de hóspedes. Único defeito é a piscina dos apartamentos. Por serem pequenas, de pedra sabão, e muitas delas pegam pouco sol, são extremamente geladas. Praticamente impossível utilizar. Acabam sendo apenas enfeite para fotos. Infelizmente, escolhi um hotel com piscina privativa, mas não tive como usar, No mais, o hotel é perfeito.
